A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away there were all ofthese little light beings just hanging out enjoying life in that joyful &timeless dimension. And then one day a very large, magnificent angel came tothem. He had a very serious look on his face. He was looking for volunteers fora very important cosmic mission. "We have this small - but very special -planet out at the edge of the Alcyon galaxy called Gaia. It is quite uniquelike a beautiful garden and it is teeming with hundreds of thousands ofdifferent life forms. It has been something of an experimental station in thegalaxy and it has a most interesting humanoid life form that incorporates thevery highest and lowest frequencies known in the cosmos. It is in fact the veryepitome of dualism. On the one hand it is an incredibly beautiful life form andis capable of carrying the highest frequencies of love, light & joy knownthroughout the whole Universe. On the other hand it is capable of carrying thedensest and darkest frequencies the cosmos has ever experienced - frequencieswhich the rest of creation evolved beyond eons ago.
Here is the current situation. Within the domain of time, this planet goesthrough periodic cosmic cycles. It is now coming to the end of two major cycles- a 2,000 year long age of Pisces and the 25,000 year long cosmic year in itsjourney around Alcyon, the central sun of the Milky Way galaxy. With thecompletion of this cycle, many things are coming to an end and many things areabout to begin. But most importantly, the planet is experiencing an infusion oflight that is dramatically increasing its frequency. As during any major timeof transition, there will be a certain amount of turbulence. Some of this willbe geological, for Gaia herself is a living planet and is also evolving. Butmuch of it also involves the hominoid species that dominates the planet. Thiswill not be a particularly easy time for the species - especially for those whoare sleeping and those who are vibrating at the lowest frequencies. As thefrequency changes it will create insecurity which in turn will create fear. Thefirst era of evolution on this planet was the physical era and the key word wassurvival. The second era, which is now ending, was the mental era and the keyword was logic. The third era, which is now beginning, is the era of the heartand the key word is love. This is the highest frequency. Those who currentlyhold the reign of power on the planet are of the old order of the physical& mental. To the extent that they can make a graceful transition to a heartcentered and divinely guided life, it will be an easy transition. To the extentthat they are unable to do this, they will experience much turmoil. So this isthe current situation of Gaia. The reason I am here is to seek volunteers whowould be willing to incarnate in humanoid form on the planet at this time tohelp make this an easy and smooth transition. We have sent prophets andteachers in the past. Very often they were brutally persecuted or killed. Inother instances they were set up as "gods" to be worshipped and thesehumanoids built elaborate religions and rituals around them and used thesereligions to control each other. They did everything except follow the simpleteachings that were offered. So this time we are trying a different approach.No more prophets, saviors & avatars that they can use to create religions.This time we are sending in thousands - actually hundreds of thousands - ofordinary light beings with only two assignments:

Stay in your Heart. Regardless of what happens, stay in your Heart!
Remember who you are, why you are here, and what this is all about!

Now that seems easy enough, right? Unfortunately, No! As I have said, dualityhas reached its peak on this planet. This species has perfected the illusion ofgood and evil. The greatest challenge you will experience is to remember WhoYou Really Are, Why You Are Here and What This Is Really All About. When youremember, you will be able to stay in your heart, regardless of externalevents. So how will you know when you are forgetting? It is easy. Watch yourjudgments. The moment you notice that you are in a place of judgment you willknow that you have forgotten Who You Really Are, Why You Are Here and What ThisIs Really All About. That will be your signal. Now here is the challenge. Lifeon this planet will require a great deal of discernment - wise evaluation ofwhat is true, what is appropriate and what is for the highest good, both foryourself and for the planet. In many ways discernment is similar to judgment.However, you will know when you are in judgment and when you have moved out ofyour heart when you are in a place of blame. We know how challenging that thisplanet can be. We know how very real the illusions on this planet appear to be.We understand the incredible density of this dimension and the pressure youwill face. But if you survive this mission - and it is a voluntary one - youwill evolve at hyperspeed. We also should say that we know that some of you whowill go to this planet as starseeds, will never germinate - never awakened tothe remembrance of who you really are. Some of you will awaken and begin toshine, only to be choked down by the opinions and prevailing thought formsaround you. Others will awaken and remain awake and your light will become asource of inspiration and remembrance for many. You will incarnate all over theplanet; in every culture, every race, every country, every religion. But youwill be different. You will never quite fit in. As you awaken you will realizethat your true family isn't those of your own race, culture, religion, countyor even your biological family. It is your cosmic family - those who have comeas you have come - on assignment to assist in ways large and small in thecurrent transition.
True brotherhood and globalization in its highest form will come only inremembering Who You Really Are, Why You Are Here and What This Is Really AllAbout. It will come as you return to the true temple of Divine Presence,your Heart, where this remembrance takes place and from which you are called toserve the world. So, are your ready? Good! Oh, and by the way, there are acouple of other minor things I should mention. Because of the density, youcan't operate in that dimension without a space suit. This is a biological suitthat actually changes over time. There are many things we could tell you aboutthis, but our orientation time is short so I think you can just jump in andexperience it. You should be forewarned, however. There will be a danger thatif you forget who you really are, you may think you ARE your space suit insteadof the fact that it is simply your vehicle in that dimension. Once there, youwill notice that there is an infinite variety of space suits and a great dealof attention given to these. However, in spite of the infinite variety, becausethis is a planet of duality, they all fall into two basic categories called'genders.' Again, we really don't have time to go into this now. But you willfind your relationship with your own space suit to be most instructive andinteresting. The other little thing is this. In order to operate in thatdimension, you will also receive a microchip called a 'personality.' This islike an identity imprint that, along with your space suit, will essentiallymake you different from everyone else. This will allow you to participate inthe hologram there - something they call 'consensus reality'. Once again, therewill be a real danger that you will become so engrossed in the holographicpersonality dramas that you will forget who you really are and actually thinkthat you ARE your personality. I know it sounds rather unbelievable right now,but once you get there... Again, there is so much more we could tell you by wayof orientation, but we think you can learn the rest experientially `on site`.The only thing that is important is to remember Who You Really Are, Why You AreHere, and What This Is Really All About. If you can do that, everything elsewill work out fine. But take note: So few really DO remember this they standout as 'different', and others called them 'Enlightened" or'Awakened" and similar terms. 12 Stages of Lightbody Ascension:

· FIRST LEVEL: when the body drops density it commonly displaysmutational symptoms of flu, headaches, diarrhea, rashes, muscle and jointaches. Most flu epidemics are actually Lightepidemics! Brain chemistry changes, right and left brain functions blend andthe pituitary and pineal glands begin to change in size. The DNA structure and chemical componentsbegin to change and pick up extra hydrogen atoms and chemicals that the cellsneed to take undifferentiated higher Light and break it down into useable Lightencodements for the DNA.

· SECOND LEVEL: the etheric blueprint floods with light andreleases karmic experiences, individuals may feel disoriented as well asexperience of ’bouts of flu’. Many begin to question “why am I here”. Light in the etheric blueprint releases 4th dimensionalstructure and causes spins in the geometries of the emotional, mental andspiritual bodies. Change is rapid and many feel tired.

· THIRD LEVEL: physical senses become much stronger. Your bodies not only absorb Light for its own change but alsoacts as a transducer – decoder of higher light energies to the planet as awhole. The process of the in-breath is now irreversible, like an elastic bandthat has been stretched to maximum capacity, been let go of and will return toits natural state.

· FOURTH LEVEL: major changes are in the brain and its chemistryand electromagnetic energies – symptoms are often headaches, blurry vision,loss of hearing and sometimes chest pains. Crystal regulators in the etheric body keep lines of lightwithin the 5th dimensional blueprint from connecting again until you are ready.Chest pains are due to the expanding energies of the heart as it opens todeeper levels. Visionand hearing are being realigned to function differently. The mental body beginsto wonder if it really is in charge and individuals get strong unexplainableand undeniable urges to follow spirit without hesitation. Individuals may get lashes of telepathy,clairvoyance and nearly all begin to experience empathy. This is a time offeeling, of honoring and accepting and validating the emotional body andlearning to control it.

· FIFTH LEVEL: the mental body decides to tune to spirit, dreamschange and may become more ‘lucid’, you get feelings of de ja vu. Thought processes become non linear. Being’s oscillate betweenknowing and doubt. Werealize the habitual nature of thinking and behavior and look at de-programmingand re-programming to create the “I” we wish to be, not the “I” we thought wewere from our interaction with parents, peers and society etc. Change seems to be constant and weconsciously begin to discern from our heart rather than judge from ‘conditionedresponses’.

· SIXTH LEVEL: we draw to us others for mutual support andstimulation of growth. We question whatis real, our mental process and how we identify with others and ourselveschanges rapidly. Re-evaluationmay be uncomfortable but we feel it must be done – we look at ourrelationships, jobs, home environment, living styles, it is a time of lettinggo, of moving on. We change our friends, everything feels to be in a state offlux but we feel lighter, vaster, freer somehow. By this stage the Lightquotient in our being is 33% – we feel as though we are opening up our innersenses and clairvoyance, clairaudience etc. seem normal and natural to us.

· SEVENTH LEVEL: the heart chakra opens more, we become more ‘real’with other emotions, we just have to be ourselves! We release blocks and old patterns – it is a time of greatemotional clearing and great intensity as we seek to rid ourselves of emotionalbaggage. Wefeel more in tune with each moment, feeling very present and flowing with life.Often old relationships end or change rapidly as Being’s dig deep and honourtheir feelings – there is simply no room for denial on any level. We begin tolose emotional attachment to others. Chest pains (angina) are more common as theheart continues to open its energy fields. (Doing the Unified chakra meditationwill assist in the heart opening). Fear at this time is released as the energyfields of all the bodies are realigned through the heart and when aligned, feardrops away. Pressureat the forehead or back or the head is due to the opening of the pituitary andpineal glands as they absorb more light, when these glands are fully open,activated and functioning at the highest level, aging and death cease. When thepineal gland is fully open we experience multi-dimensionality yet duality seemsto increase as we leave it behind. Some days we feel connected and joyous,others we are in fear and caught up in survival issues. Many wish to ‘ascend’and leave the planet as we sense the very real possibility of ascension throughour deepening connection with spirit. As we learn to follow our joy, we maythen want to ‘save the planet’ and have everyone follow their joy.ALL are stages of progressionand reflect our changing perception. Dietary wise, you feel to eat less, morelight, live food -many at this stage have ceased to eat meat, sugar and drinkalcohol as they ‘feel’ the effects of these substances on the vibrationalfields of the body.

· EIGHTH LEVEL: we see the Master in all and purely wish to be ofservice – we leave the ‘saving and rescuing’ mode behind in favor of the desireto serve Divine Will. The pineal and pituitaryglands change shape, if headaches persist ask the Being’s who are working withyou to simply ‘tone it down’ for they don’t feel pain, or ask them to releaseendorphin’s – the brains natural opiate. The brain is being activated – particularlythe cerebrum, the ‘sleeping giant’. Cranial expansion is common; triangular‘seed crystals’ in the brow and recorder crystals in the right side of thebrain are activated along with the 8th, 9th and 10th chakras. We begin to be hooked into the languages ofLight. The pituitary and pineal glands are opened fully and work together tocreate the ‘Arc of the Covenant’, a rainbow light that arcs over the top of thehead to the third eye that is a decoding mechanism for higher dimensionallanguage. Youmay find it hard to find words to express yourself as you may think ingeometries and tones. If confused do the unified chakra meditation and ask formessages to be decoded and translated. Again you become much more aware of thevastness and multi-dimensionality of your nature, that you can be anything thatyou want to be, you cease to operate from obligation and relationships becometranspersonal. You share words from your heart and soul and others may feeldisorientated when dealing with you as they no longer have ‘hooks’ into you tolink with. Youoperate from a deep level of serenity with heightened sensitivity and awarenessyet feel grounded and transformed. By this stage, it is possible to besustained purely by Light and prana, to take no nourishment from the atmosphericrealms and to be healthily sustained by the etheric.

· NINTH LEVEL: decoding geometries and toning is easier, spirit isusing the languages of light which shift the 6th dimensional blueprint into anew template for your 5th dimensional Lightbody. Your body may change shape as the energy fields shift. Youfeel interconnected to all Being’s everywhere and less connected to theopinions of others. You release the desire for and the energy to sustain the‘game of separation and limitation’ and feel truly free. The 9th level sees a mass descension of theLightbody into physical form. As with the 3rd and 6th, this level sees a strongre-evaluation as we begin the final surrender to Spirit and we truly become theDivine instrument. HereSpirit determines our income, our work, other being’s in our lives, everything.This is the dissolution of the ego-self and while ecstatic, it can be mostpainful. Making the leap can be fearful even though we have evolved througheons of time to reach this point. We may go back and forth, clinging to oldcomfort zones before completely letting go – there is no turning back and allmust be released. 9thlevel is surrender and then ecstasy; the letting go of the “I” – we realizethat while free will is real it is also an illusion as it only there to guideus and to empower us to be One with Spirit. Survival fears leave – focus in onthe Now at one-at-ment. Though fears may surface, they seem unreal and areeasily put aside. We tend to disconnect from consensus reality and our choicesand reality seem unreal to others. From the 7th, 8th and 9th the inner lightnoticeably radiates out and by now you feel unbelievably grounded, connected,centered, filled with purpose and desiring only to serve. For awhile you mayslip between the 8th & 9th, from feeling complete at-one-ment to being ‘ alimited human being’ again, this settles down by the end of the 9th level.You then continually feelconnected and operate from your Christ level and your intention and motivationis always for the highest, although others, due to their own inner triggers andissues, may not always choose to see that. The 9th is where we begin to hook up to ourI AM. Thelast three levels unify all energy fields, all chakras are unified and youbecome totally connected to your I AM.

· TENTH LEVEL: you are one with Source consciousness and know allis possible. DNA is no longer2 strand but 12 strand; teleportation, manifestation etc. are instantaneous.The Merkabah (another namefor our Lightbody) has been built and allows you to pass through space, timeand dimensions complete in your totality. It has its own consciousness to be directedby you.

· ELEVENTH LEVEL: all levels of the lightbody have been constructedand activated and are connected to your physical body via ‘spin points’. These light matrix’s lie along the physical acupuncturemeridians and are lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries- a new5th dimensional circulatory system of Light. Cellular regeneration has beenaccomplished. Time is no longer linear but simultaneous – past, present andfuture co-exist – all exist in parallels. There is no separation and you willfully manifest your vision of Heaven on Earth and express the ecstasy ofSpirit. Inthis ‘frame’ of conscious awareness many now access and create new types ofLight based technologies, new community living, new systems of government andequitable food and resource distribution systems. All have received specialist training andskills to help create and manifest the New World – the ‘Golden Age’.

· TWELFTH LEVEL: the continuation of the Creation and implementationof the New World systems. Hook up withother 12th level initiates who bring into existence new governments, newfinancial and educational systems, better system of food and resource allocationetc. as all will be redefined in the final stages of Earth’s ascension so thatall may exist in joy, equality and harmony. By this time the planet and her inhabitantswill have been ‘rewoven’ into Light to shine in their full glory as the finalstages of this Divine Plan unfolds. The planet goes to Light, shifts out ofthis dimension and is brought into a multi-star system where everyone is alightbody and follows Spirit in total Mastery.

ARCTURIAN CHANNELED MESSAGE (from November, 2011)

We have come to remind you that you are one of the many who has made a pact with us. You made this pact while you were in the sixth dimension writing the hologram for your present incarnation. You agreed to download, ground and integrate your fifth and sixth dimensional Soul/SELF into your current third dimensional body and to allow your Soul to become Captain of your earth vessel. You further agreed to merge your higher vibrational SELF with Gaia to assist in the process of Planetary Ascension. We are calling you NOW to remind you that it is “Time” for you to fulfill your agreement. We are, and always have been, the gentle nudge and the loving “feel” that has always urged you forward in your journey of “return to SELF.” While you were in the sixth dimension, you knew that this reality would afford you a great opportunity for the expansion of your consciousness. On the other hand, you also knew that it would be a life in which it would be easy to get lost in the illusions of the third dimension. You knew that you might forget your pact, or doubt that you had ever made it. Hence, you asked us to contact you as soon as you could possibly hear, and believe in, our call; which we are now doing.
THE ATMA
We are also reminding you that you promised to be a vehicle through which we, the Arcturians, could share our resonance with the physical plane. We wish for you to KNOW that we are within you, as we in “community” with your sixth dimensional Soul Essence. As you Awaken, we ask that you keep us in the forefront of your consciousness. Feel us down to your toes, out to your fingers, and up to the top of your head. Most important, feel us in your heart. In fact, feel us within your High Heart. Your High Heart, just above your human heart, is the holder and guardian for your Atma, your Threefold Flame of Life. We, as well as all other higher dimensional beings, enter through the portal of your opened Crown Chakra, but we enter your consciousness via your Atma. Your Atma holds your Three Fold Flame of Life, which protects your first eight cells. Your first eight cells are the DNA blueprint for your present incarnation, and where your transformation into Lightbody begins. Please allow our Essence to join your Soul’s Essence, which you are currently downloading, so that we may enter your Atma and assist you in your transformation. FEEL our Essence NOW as it blends with yours and flows throughout your physical body. Recognize our Unconditional Love and Everlasting Peace deep within your heart.
JOINING ESSENCE
Close your eyes to recognize this Love and Peace, as you accept, ground and integrate it into your present day consciousness. Permit us to channel our Essence, our thoughts and our words through your body, so that you may you radiate our Unconditional Love and Everlasting Peace deep into Gaia’s Earth, and high into Her aura, the atmosphere. HEAR our Arcturian Group Mind in your every thought, and FEEL our Unconditional Love with your every emotion. KNOW our face when you look into the mirror. RECOGNIZE our step as you walk through your life, and SHARE our Essence with all that you touch. We are you, and you are us. We are over, under, around and through you. With our Essence within yours, you are aware that Gaia is approaching Her “time of ascension.” You also know that we Arcturians are to be Her protectors during Her vulnerable time of re-birth. We have been chosen by the Galactic Federation to be Gaia’s “re-birthing coach,” as we are best suited to assist Gaia in fulfilling Her Divine Plan of becoming a “Planet of Love.” The Pleiades, Sirius, Andromeda and Antares are also very active in assisting Gaia and Her inhabitants. All of us are here now to remind you to remember that the key to your success is to download, ground, integrate and project the higher dimensional, “unconditional emotions”—Unconditional Love, Unconditional Acceptance, and Unconditional Forgiveness. It is through these unlimited emotions that you can return to Detached Compassion, which is the perspective of your Soul/SELF.
UNCONDITIONAL EMOTIONS
Unconditional emotions are free of all judgments or opinions. The giver of the unconditional emotions, loves, accepts and/or forgives without conditions or limitations. Since these emotions are free of judgment, they hold a neutral charge, in that they are beyond polarity. There is no good/bad, dark/light, love/fear, as these extremes are merged into the Oness of the higher worlds. Hence, there is no “bad” or “dark” or even “fear, for these extremes have merged into the center of the ONE.
On the other hand, polarized emotions are a product of the third and fourth dimensional worlds, where the Laws of Separation and Limitation reign. In your 3D world, spectrums are “separated” into extremes and illusion hides what is “in between” the edges of the spectrum. For example, the spectrum of emotion is separated into “love” and “fear,” the spectrum of illumination is separated into “light” and “dark,” and the spectrum of behavior is separated into “good” and “bad.” Therefore, your consciousness is split between your “light side” and your “dark side,” and your reality is split into “you” and “me.” Since people are “good” or “bad,” you are “afraid” of a bad person and “love” a good person. Until you raise your consciousness into the higher frequencies, illusion hides the “in-between,” the place of Detached Compassion. This separation into “you” and “me” also limits your ability to feel unconditional emotions, as you have to discern between the enemies that you fear—and—friends that you love. This discernment is not that easy, as a “loved one” can also be your enemy. Furthermore, when love is conditional, you are only loved if you are “good enough.” On the other hand, in the higher worlds, you are all one. Therefore, there are no enemies, for if you hurt someone “else,” you also hurt yourself. In fact, if you cannot hold your consciousness to the resonance of Unconditional Love, you cannot maintain your conscious connection to that reality, and they only experience a polarized reality, such as the third/fourth dimension. Unfortunately, in the third and fourth dimension there are those who would hurt others, no matter what the cost to themselves. They do so because they live in fear and feel separated from love. When your consciousness has expanded to embrace the higher dimensions, you know that love and fear are merged into the spectrum of EMOTION; just as good and bad are merged into the spectrum of BEHAVIOR. This knowledge allows you to rise above your own fear, for you understand that the “harm” of the lower vibrations cannot touch you while you resonate to the higher vibrations.
From your “higher” Self, you are able to see through your Eyes of Soul and clearly perceive the “in-between” that joins all life into ONE. From that perspective, you neither judge nor fear. Instead, you realize that that reality is not YOUR reality, and you allow the beings of the lower world to learn their lessons, just as you have already learned yours. As your Planetary Ascension progresses, you will be increasingly aware of those who are choosing to ascend and those who wish to remain in the third dimension. It is important that you remain above the conditional quality of judgment and maintain your position of Detached Compassion. In this manner, you can merely “observe” the process of choice and not allow your resonance to be lowered by engaging in the illusions and dramas of the 3D Game.
CALIBRATING YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS
We ask you now to Unconditionally Love your earth vessel, Unconditionally Accept it exactly the way it is, and Unconditionally Forgive it for any limitations it may have. If you cannot have unconditional emotions for your self, how can you have them for others? It is important that you appreciate that your earth vessel is the vehicle in which this fragment of your Soul/SELF, your present ego/self, is housed so that you can participate in the 3D Game. You chose to enter this time/space as you knew what a marvelous opportunity it would be to experience the processes of transformation into Lightbody and Planetary Ascension. Therefore, honor, your present physical body which has allowed you to walk the Earth, experience the “schoolroom Earth,” think your earthly thoughts and feel your earthly emotions. As you download your Soul, you will become conscious that it is YOU who creates your reality, YOU who choose your thoughts and YOU who choose your emotions. Your ego/self does not have this ability, for it is living from the core belief that it is a victim to the world in which it lives. On the other hand, your Soul/SELF realizes that you can calibrate your consciousness to rise above the victimizations of the third/fourth dimensional realities. When your downloaded Soul becomes Captain of your earth vessel, you will KNOW that your experiences, thoughts and emotions are actually a product of the brainwaves to which you have chosen to calibrate. For example: When you choose to calibrate your consciousness to Beta Brainwaves your primary experience is the third dimension and below. This reality appears to be “outside” of you, and you experience it through your Individual Consciousness. On the other hand, when you calibrate your consciousness to Alpha Waves, you perceive both the “outside” and “inside” worlds simultaneously. While in Alpha, you are able to experience Collective Consciousness, as you are using “whole brain consciousness.” In Theta Waves, you experience only your “inside” world but have a constant awareness of your physical vessel. With practice, you are able to connect to the Planetary Consciousness and KNOW the Heart of Gaia, as well as the messages of all Her inhabitants. Finally, when you choose to calibrate your consciousness to Delta Waves, you experience only your inside world and have very little conscious connection to your 3D earth vessel. You are then able to experience Galactic Consciousness and are primarily attached to your higher dimensional bodies as you travel the Universe in your Essence.
THE FREQUENCY OF EMOTION
The emotional experience of happiness and joy is the ability to calibrate your brainwaves to your highest possible frequency. Unhappiness, on the other hand, is a result of falling out of calibration with your higher brainwaves. You can have the same experience that made you “unhappy” while in a lower brainwave but maintain your calibration to the highest brainwaves and still feel “joy.” When your “physical consciousness” is calibrated to the Light of the fifth and sixth dimension, you naturally function with Theta Brainwaves and beyond. Furthermore, once your “physical body” has been recalibrated to integrate and project fifth and sixth dimensional Light, you can experience Theta Brainwaves while interacting with your external reality. In this manner, you can share your joy with others. Then, if you merge your calibrated higher consciousness with Gaia, the consciousness of Earth, you can serve as a step-down-transformer through which the fifth and sixth dimensional Light can be downloaded through your body into to Gaia’s body, Earth. As your resonance rises, you assist Gaia further by merging your higher vibration with Gaia to assist in raising the resonant frequency of Earth. In turn, as Gaia’s resonance rises, She further assists you by grounding your Higher Light to protect your earth vessel from overload. In this manner, you and Gaia are in partnership to expand the 3D Matrix. Your service is:
First, you expand your consciousness into the higher dimensions.
Then, you consciously perceive the higher dimensions.
Then, the 3D Matrix of your body expands to integrate these perceptions.
Then, you integrate your expanded 3D Matrix into Gaia’s 3D Matrix.
Then, Gaia’s 3D Matrix expands.
The original “3D Matrix” of separation and limitation is created and maintained by THOUGHTS of a polarized world,” then fleshed out by the collective EMOTIONS of separation and limitation, and subsequently activated by the collective INTENTION for “extreme individuality.” A “5D Matrix” is created and maintained by THOUGHTS of Unity and ONENESS, EMOTIONS of Unconditional Love, Unconditional Acceptance, and Unconditional Forgiveness, and the INTENTION of Planetary Ascension.
As you expand your 3D Matrix to encompass fifth dimensional thoughts, emotions and intentions, it will “stretch” it, much as you would stretch a rubber band. As you, in partnership with Gaia, expand your 3D Matrix into a 4D, then into 5D Matrix, you prepare for Planetary Ascension. In fact, you have already transformed much of your 3D world into the fourth dimension, which is why there are so many changes in your body, as well as in Gaia’s body.
EXPANDING CONSCIOUSNESS
Just as downloading new programs into your computer changes and expands the operations of your computer, the downloading of your Soul/SELF changes and expands the operation of your earth vessel. With your download you may need to add more “memory,” or you may need to get a more powerful “modem” for communication purposes. Your earth vessel must also alter itself in order to accommodate the higher operating frequencies and abilities of your higher dimensional SELF. When your consciousness expands beyond the confines of the third dimension, the vessel in which that consciousness resides must also expand. This process is much like the hermit crab who outgrows its shell and must search for a larger one. In Earth’s “past,” when humans achieved the state of consciousness that many of you are now experiencing, they would individually ascend. That is, the physical vehicle would “die,” because the vibratory rate of their consciousness was too high for that body to accommodate. Fortunately, Gaia, as well as a great many other humans, cetaceans, animals and plants, is also expanding Her consciousness. Even the mineral kingdom is raising its consciousness. Due to this vibrational shift of the planet, you all have the opportunity to “ascend” into the higher dimensions without “dying.”

DIMENSIONAL BODIES

•    The shift from the third to the fourth dimension is not too difficult, as you experience this change every night when you fall asleep and go into your “night body.”
•    However, the shift from the fourth dimension, which is still polarized, to the fifth dimension, which is beyond all polarity, demands a greater adaptation for your consciousness and a total transformation of your body into Lightbody.
•    Once you have entered the fifth dimensional realities, it is an easier transition into the vibrations beyond the fifth, as there are no longer the polarities of “separation” and “limitation.”
•    In sixth dimensional consciousness you have an intimate awareness of the body of your Divine Child, who can easily combine imagination with creation. It is in the sixth dimension that you, in conjunction with your Divine Child, can re-program any, or all, of your fifth through third dimensional holograms. From your sixth dimensional perspective, you KNOW that surrendering to the Flow of the ONE is what allows you to be a Conscious Creator of any “body” or reality that you wish to experience.
•    In the seventh dimension you rejoin your Oversoul and become the body of your Soul Family. In your Oversoul form, you serve as a transporter of higher frequencies to the lower dimensional realities, as you guide and direct ALL the bodies that ALL your Soul Family has chosen to wear.
•    The eighth dimension is the Archetypal Energy level. On this dimension, your body is no longer an individual form but is, instead, an archetype, a prototype of the original version, for all the “forms” of All the realities with which your entire Soul Family has decided to experiment in ALL the lower worlds.
•    In the ninth dimension there is no sense of individuality, and you live primarily as pure consciousness. However, if your greatly expanded group consciousness desires to have the experience of a physical form, nothing less than an entire planet can serve as your “body.”
•    In the tenth dimension your group consciousness has so expanded that only an entire Solar System can serve as a physical “body.”
•    By the eleventh dimension, your group consciousness has so expanded that only an entire Galaxy can serve as your “body”.
•    And by the twelfth dimension you have returned to Source and are in Unity Consciousness with the physical form of your Local Universe.
There are also non-physical, multidimensional beings, such as Devas, Elohim, Angels, and Archangels who exist primarily as pure consciousness and easily traverse the dimensions in service of others. These beings are able to create any form in any dimension and then return to pure consciousness with no effort. They may even choose to “wear” a human form if they feel that is the best manner in which to fulfill their service. However, they usually choose to channel their resonance through those who are already physical, much as we are asking you to do.

EXPANDING YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS
As you expand your consciousness to embrace your full SELF, the mystery of creating your fifth dimensional Lightbody is as simple as tying your shoes. Can you remember when you were a child and looked upon that task as awesome and too difficult to attempt on your own. Fortunately, you now remember that you aren’t “on our own” and you never were. You are, and always have been, with your SELF, your Planet, your Solar System, your Galaxy, and your Universe. All of these expanded forms of All That Is are an expression of YOUR Highest SELF. It was this “SELF” that chose to send a fragment of its total Essence through the 3D Matrix of forgetfulness to see if it could “do it on its own” as an “individual body.” You did this to experience the process of contracting your consciousness into an individual form and then expanding it consciousness back into a multidimensional group form. However, this “new” group form is not a “herd mentality” but is, instead, a group mentality in which the sense of individuality is not lost. Instead, “individuality” lives in “unity” with the Oness. Now you can awaken, each and every ONE of you, to the knowledge that you have completed your task, and you can release the illusion that an individual must be “separate” from others and “limited” to one reality in one dimension. In closing, we The Arcturians, welcome you to the Integration Door in which you shall be instructed in downloading and integrating your fifth and sixth dimensional SELF into your third and fourth dimensional ego/self. Hence, we refer newcomers to that location. Once you have completed your process of integration, remember to daily recalibrate. Just as a musician must tune the instrument before playing it, it is important that you tune your instrument, your earth vessel, before you begin your day. Would an artist begin a painting with a dirty brush?
COMMUNING WITH YOUR SOUL/SELF
Each morning find the highest frequency of your magnificent multidimensional SELF that you can embody for that day. Take a moment to commune and reintegrate your Soul/SELF into your physical “body.” In this manner, the higher dimensional channel of communication and guidance can remain open throughout your day. Keep your mental channel attuned to the fifth and sixth dimensional frequencies, as these frequencies cannot be clearly accessed until your consciousness has been calibrated to receive them. We recommend that you then ground these high frequencies in Gaia so that they can be accessed and used without harm to your physical vessel. Until you have completely merged with Gaia, do not attempt to open the messages that come in on these higher dimensional frequencies. Your earth vessel is accustomed to functioning at a very low vibration. Hence, you will have to retrofit it before you call upon it to make such a huge leap in resonance. At the completion of your grounding process you will be fully “Awake,” and your earth vessel will be updated with the necessary mechanisms to download, integrate and use transmission of higher dimensional Intelligent Light. We are very pleased at your/our great progress. We say “your/our progress” because we are ONE with you. Therefore, you are ONE with us. We are your Command Station; hence, we are invaluable to you. We surround you with our Light and support you in our Web of Life. It would be impossible for us to let you down. Know that your Mission shall be completed. You are a brave Spiritual Warrior as well as representative of the Goddess.

When an old man died in the geriatric ward of a nursing home in North Platte , Nebraska , it was believed that he had nothing left of any value. Later, when the nurses were going through his meager possessions, They found this poem . Its quality and content so impressed the staff that copies were made and distributed to every nurse in the hospital. One nurse took her copy to Missouri . The old man's sole bequest to posterity has since appeared in the Christmas edition of the News Magazine of the St. Louis Association for Mental Health.. A slide presentation has also been made based on his simple, but eloquent, poem. And this little old man, with nothing left to give to the world, is now the author of this 'anonymous' poem winging across the Internet.

Of the Christian holy days that take place throughout the year, Candlemass or CANDELARIA on February 2nd may be one of the least well-known ceremonies in the Christian world. The earliest known observance within the Church was in the year AD 496. During Candelaria candles are blessed & lit in celebration to Jesus being the Light of the world. Our bright shining candles are a sign of Divine splendor of the one who comes to expel the dark shadows of evil and to make the whole Universe radiant with the brilliance of his Eternal Light. Our candles also show how bright our Souls should be and ARE. The candles are generally considered to represent the inner light of Christ, which He brought to share with the world. ♥ The timing for Candlemass or Purification (another name) is also in accordance with the Mosaic Law, which required that a woman should purify herself for forty days after giving birth, and at the end of her purification should present herself to the priest at the temple and offer a sacrifice, as evidenced by their ritual of the Purification of Saint Mary the Virgin. ♥ The date of February 2nd places the Candelaria celebration forty days after Christmas and continues the religious cycle that leads up to Easter Sunday. Additionally, it`s also the mid-point between the Winter Solstice & the Spring Equinox, which is the basis for various ancient European celebrations that commemorate the annual beginnings of the agricultural season. Our Light Body

We think we are flesh and bone when in actuality we are a combination of intelligent electromagnectic signals.

The evolution we are now going through involves the process of building and integrating a light body. Our light body must be tempered, exercised, and stretched to gently bring it into its own awareness. Clarity concerning who we intend to be in our reality is one of the prime keys in building our light body.

Our light body knows that it creates through thought, and links us to the fabric of creation. Through our light body, timelines open, accessing multilayered dramas, and our challenges gather force as we face seemingly uncharted, yet familiar territory. We are connected to all existence, and our evolutionary leap is to make sense of this new awareness and put it to use in the Now.

Our light body holds the essence of our multidimensional identity, which is accessible to us through our desire to unite with the greater identity we sense we have. Our light body will be able to juggle realities through the shifting of our conscious intent from one view to another, like turning the channels of a television.

Our light body holds encoded data. It translates body communications from worlds and realities through our physical body to us. Our task is to notice the subtleties and synchronicities that signal us. To understand ourselves, envision a multilayered being, each part having a distinct body that breathes and is connected to others. We are a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual being connected by a body of light that radiates energy and links us to an infinite progression of light beings.

Matter is simply light that is trapped. As we build our light body, a reorganization of our molecular structure occurs, loosening our grip upon materialism in order that a spiritual understanding may guide own day to day life.

It is only through spirit that we can gain any understanding of what is happening in our world. The building of our light body allows trapped matter to combine as light and become us. This offers us a freer expression and allows us to seek our source.

We will literally see changes in our body. It will become more vital, more beautiful, stronger, and more capable of performing events. It will become the processor of multitudes of information.

We must be able to operate with a higher electrical current within our body. This will eventually bring about solutions to all the mounting challenges we face. Increased energy inside ourselves will activate hidden talents and trigger a renaissance of psychic abilities: clairvoyance, telepathy, and perceptual awareness that involves "knowing" far beyond what we can currently consider.

When the electrical current is fused with our body, a bypass is created around the traditional structures that mold us to communicate and exchange data only within limited patterns. We are going to climb a ladder and experience a different view from which to interpret reality.

One of the benefits of this is that it can bring a rejuvenation of our physical body by assisting us to heal any separations we continue to carry. The more we grasp and live the concept of creating life through thought, the freer we become, for the stress of powerless living is eliminated.

So hold your vision and allow your light body to add a meaningful purpose to all that you do.

With ascension rapidly approaching does your biological hard drive need to be reprogrammed?

“I believe that an eternal spirit is placed in our bodies at birth. I believe that this eternal spirit exists for all eternity. I believe that as we lead our life and pursue the physical pleasures and comforts of life, we may slowly lose our spiritual awareness. I believe that this loss of awareness moves us further away from our spiritual beginning. I believe that it is important for each of us to rediscover our spiritual self. With what is going on in the world today this rediscovery is more important than ever.”

When we are born, we know we are spirit, and that spirit is held within our soul.

For the purpose of this blog I would like to use an analogy that compares our brain to a hard drive in a computer.

When we are born our brain may be somewhat empty of data as is the hard drive in a brand new computer.

The computer manufacturer loads a basic program or operating system. Once we obtain the computer we may add additional software programs to the computer hard drive.

In a sense the same process takes place with the new born baby’s brain.

The parents or caregivers slowly but surely start to “program” the child with their belief system. As the child attends school additional beliefs are created within the child through the education system. As the child grows and reads books and newspapers and gets exposed to more and more of the world’s happenings, each new piece of information gets recorded.

If you think about this for a minute, you realize that the belief system created by the parents or care-givers represents the basic operating system, while everything else that was added, represents the additional software programs.

If you take some additional time to think about this, it becomes clear that if a government controlled the educational systems and media outlets, then they would be able to control what is taught through the educational systems, and what was shared by the media outlets. In doing so, could create the belief system that they wanted each individual to have.

Add to that whatever religious training the child would receive, and it would become clear that the child was “programmed” with a belief system that came from others. It would not take long for any one of us, to believe that what we really were was what we were told we were.

And that the world and the Universe, was what had been presented to us.

That I, Richard, was only Richard, the person you saw.

Nothing more, nothing less.

We would believe that whatever we were taught in school and whatever we read in the paper was the truth, since we assumed only the truth would be printed or published.

We would believe that whatever we were taught in science class was also true. It we were told that the Earth creates gravity and that is why Newton’s apple fell, then that is what we would believe. If later in life someone came along and told us that it was not Earth that created gravity, but it was the Sun that created gravity, we would think they were crazy.

Given that each of us is unique, then it may be fair to say that there is as many belief systems, as there are people. It is probably also fair to say that each individual thinks that their belief system is the “right” one. What is really interesting in that most of those people have a belief system that they did not, create. It was one created for them.

Your personal beliefs radically affect your life and your future. Your beliefs control and affect the incredible powers of your mind, which dictates or influences many things in your life.

Your belief system also impacts your reality. You react to the events of the world based on your belief system, and that creates your reality.

Let me give you an example.

It has been said that our eyes don’t really see what we think they see. What we are now being told is that since everything is energy, what our eyes see is a mass of energy. That mass of energy is sent to our brain to be interpreted. Once our brain interprets the energy it creates an image for us to see.

If we think of our brain as a computer program, then as the brain is processing the energy to determine what it is, it can only review the data that is in the belief system that has been established within our brain. It selects what it feels best, fits the energy field received and creates that image for us to see.

If we think of our belief system as a level of consciousness then it can only send us what fits within our level of consciousness. If we “saw” the same energy mass three years later when we had expanded our consciousness level with a more open ended belief system, then it might send us a totally different image.

Thus is it our level of consciousness that determines what we can see or not see around us?

For most of us, our view of reality is that each of us is what we appear to be. That I am Richard and I look as I do, and I behave as I do and that is all I am. That I am me, and that I am on my own. Once I left my parents it was up to me to take care of myself. I had to get a job, earn money, and look out for myself. We tend to believe that the world is what we were taught it is and that it is every man or woman for themselves.

A world filled with millions of separate-selfs. (Since each of us feels we are a separate entity)

We were told that we live one life and based on how we led that life will dictate what happens to us at death.

Everything is presented, as it is us, against the world.

That we are a separate self. And we have to act accordingly.

Why do we feel this way?

Because that is what our belief system tells us.

The “good news” is that we have an ego that looks out for us. Our ego isn’t going to let anyone take advantage of us. Not let anyone insult us or take things away from us or keep things from us. After all we are entitled to certain things and our ego will help us get those things. Ego helps us to get that fancy car or that big house. It helps us to obtain the nicest clothes, foods and drinks. It makes sure that we get that great vacation that we deserve. And guess what, we have emotions that assist us in this effort. Things like, jealousy, anger, being stubborn, vindictive and so on. Nobody is going to mess with us and get away with it.

So based on what I have said so far, others programmed our beliefs and we are controlled by our ego. We allow ego to determine our words and our actions.

While life seems to be a challenge, things are going reasonably well, with the ego in charge.

Then one day someone comes along who suggests that things may not be as they seem.

Someone, who makes statements that challenge our basic beliefs.

They say things like:

• That we were really spiritual beings living in a physical container
• That we lived hundreds of lives so that we could learn lessons
• That the Earth is hollow and there are beings living inside it
• That the aurora lights are the reflection of lights from the inner earth
• That the moon is inhabited which is why we have never returned to its surface
• That there are millions of different life forms, living in the Universe.

Ego becomes very upset with such talk and immediately makes fun of such statements and tells us to ignore them because they don’t make sense and couldn’t be true.

To start to consider these possibilities is a threat to ego. If we started to believe these things, our entire belief system would be challenged and perhaps ego would no longer be in charge.

You are not spirit and you don’t live in a container and you don’t live hundreds of lives and ego does on and on, making fun of all of it. All of a sudden ego remembers soul and is afraid that if we start to consider any of these possibilities that we will no longer listen to ego and it would no longer be needed and die. For ego it becomes a matter of self-preservation.

If the past if we ever received a message from soul ego was afraid that we would start to listen to soul and not it.

It is our soul who knows we are a spiritual being.

It is our soul who brings with it the knowledge that we have lived many lives and it remembers all of our experiences from those lives.

It is our soul who knows how things should be.

When the blueprint for humanity was created ego was a part of it, but never in control. Ego was not created and not equipped to be in control.

The heart was in control with guidance from the soul. The ego was in a support role. Ego never was conceived with the purpose of being in control. Since the heart was in control, each of us knew we were spiritual beings, having a physical experience.

Thousands of years ago something happened to change all that. There is not agreement on what happened as I have read many opinions as to what took place. I think I can make some general statements, which may come close to what happened.

Beings from another part of the Universe came to Earth and liked what they saw.

Their home planet was running out of natural resources and Earth was abundant with resources. They wanted to transport some of our resources back to their home planet. They wanted Earth residents to mine those resources for them. When Earth’s residents refused, they felt they had to take drastic steps.

I have read two theories on what they did. Perhaps they did one of them or perhaps they did both.

One theory says that these visitors were genetic masters and over time changed our genetic makeup so that our spiritual nature would not be remembered.

The other theory deals with energy. As I go through this, keep in mind that each of us is energy.

The sun sends us far more than light rays and heat. The sun sends energy to us that our bodies absorb. In each of our bodies cells are receptors which receive this energy and once received our cells react to the energy received. This process affects our DNA. Prior to the visitor’s arrival, each of our body’s cells, were receiving an energy that related to the Christ Consciousness.

There is a grid work that surrounds Earth, which supports this process.

This second theory suggests that our visitors modified this grid work which prevented the Christ Consciousness energy to be received by our cells.

When this energy stopped, we slowly but surely began to lose our Christ Consciousness, and forgot that we were really spiritual beings.

Once that happened it was possible for our visitors to gain control of all of us to do with us whatever they wanted.

Many feel that when that happened, we became a slave planet. To this day many believe that we continue to be a slave planet controlled by outside visitors.

Before I continue let me give you some good news.

Even if the genetic modifications did occur and ever if the Grid was modified, the good news is that the Grid has now been repaired and the Christ Energy now being received by our cells is repairing the genetic modifications.

The energy coming from the sun and the universe is the Christ Consciousness energy and all of our consciousness levels are being affected.

If you look at the people in the world they all tend to fall in two categories.

Those who you might categorize as people who are “Service to Self” and others who are “Service to Others”.

The “Service to Self” people are believing that they are number one and they need to take care of themselves before all others. These may be people who feel they only live one life so it ought to be a good one, so they are going to do everything that is self serving.

The “Service to Others”, see it in a different way. They tend to care about their fellow man/woman and in most instances, place others before themselves. These people tend to demonstrate compassion and Love to others and would never harm anyone. This group of people tend to operate with a sense of Christ Consciousness.

From my vantage point it seems like the majority of the people operate in a “Service to Self” mode. Some of this was touched on in prior blogs dealing with maintaining your cosmic garden and my thoughts on Love.

At last we reach the point of my writing this blog.

The purpose of this block is to try to get you to question your own belief system and to access what kind of a person you are. If you think everything is Ok, then fine. If you are not sure, then you need to take inventory of your belief system.

Are you allowing your ego to control your life and your actions. If you are, do you want that to continue?

If you don’t, then you need to take control of your life and make changes to your belief system, which will allow your heart to lead your life.

With all the Christ Consciousness energy being received on Earth there will never be a better time to make these changes.

Ascension is rapidly approaching and when that time comes you want to be living your life with your heart leading the way.

At this point you have either stopped reading or you are still reading and wondering how to make such a change.

If that is the case, let me offer some suggestions.

I think the first thing you have to do is ask yourself if you really think you are a spiritual being. Really think about this. If you don’t them the task at hand will be much more difficult.

One of the blogs I wrote entitled “The Stillness Within” is when that really happened for me. When this realization really sinks in and is accepted, a great calmness overcomes you. Almost instantly, you lose all fear. What is there to be afraid of, I am a spiritual being who has lived hundreds of lives and I, that spiritual being, will never die, as I am immortal. It is the most incredible feeling you can experience.

The next step is acknowledging that I am a piece of God. Then I realized that God sees the world and experiences this physical reality through me. WOW……..that’s incredible.

You look back at your life and you realize the limitations that were placed on you by the belief system that was created for you and that you have been living your life by. Another Wow.

I also began to realize the large role ego played in my life. I soon realized that most people in my life were ego driven. Once you realize this you start to look at life in a different way. It was not long before I found myself being an observer of the drama around me. I watched as each player’s ego motivated them in certain ways and in some instances expanded an issue way beyond its initial creation. At times others would try to get me to join in the heated discussion. When my ego was in control I would have jumped right in. But with the ego driven realization well recognized, I made every attempt to not become a part of the drama.

By doing this I maintained my calmness and saw issues much more clearly and rarely allowed emotions to spring from within.

By not allowing myself to be drawn into the drama around me, life became much more relaxed and peaceful.

You think back to all those questions you had about life that you never seemed to find an answer for, and now you don’t even have the questions anymore since things have become so clear from the perspective you now hold.

Then you start to think about your consciousness and realize how limiting it was. If someone suggested a possibility that didn’t fit your belief system, then you laughed at it and threw it away. ( I’m not going to sail across the unknown waters of the ocean, because I might sail off the edge of this flat earth)

The more I thought about consciousness and the fact that everyone has one I began to consider the possibility of a Universal Consciousness that contained the consciousness of everyone and all things. That led me to begin to believe that God is consciousness and all knowing.

I could go on and on and on, with these kind of thoughts.

But I will not, as I hope I have said enough to wet your appetite to take such a journey yourself.

I then started to review my life and the decisions and actions I had taken. It did not take me long to see that during most of my life I seem to be a “Service to Self” kind of person.

I now understood why. That is how I was programmed. I decided that I needed to change that.

Early on in my spiritual journey I had read that if you really wanted to grow spiritually you had to throw away everything that you knew. I was not sure what that meant. When I reached the “stillness” point I then knew what that meant.

Nothing in life was what I was lead to believe. It was at that point I had to erase my biological hard drive (my brain), and build a new belief system, and load it as my new operating system.

Before I could build a new belief system, the old “Separate Self” and “Service to Self” system had to die. Perhaps that is what Christ meant when he said “before you can be born….you must die.”

The basis of my new belief system would really be an internal way of being, a consciousness based on sensitivity, compassion, freedom, and caring for all people, creatures, all of creation, as much as I cared about myself.

I realized that this could only happen if I connected with my heart and I listened to my intuitive feelings. Somehow I needed to get my ego to understand that I needed it, and that if the heart lead the way, it would not die. We needed to form a partnership between the heart, the soul and the ego. We needed to bring ourselves back to the original blueprint of when we were created.

I needed to monitor my ego and make sure that it didn’t insert itself into my day to day reactions to events and circumstances.

I needed to remember that I was building a belief system based on the Christ Consciousness and that all my actions and words should be a reflection of that consciousness.

I realized that there might be times when I slipped back into my old habits, but that was OK, since I was trying to make such a major change in my day to day operating system.

When you begin to operate with a Christ Consciousness belief system, your life improves and everything gets easier. I really mean that………everything gets easier. The reason this is so is that you are starting to plug into universal consciousness. You are no longer operating on your own. You become assisted in so many ways. At first you will be shocked by what happens and as time passes you will grow to expect it.

My friends, the time is now………..think about what I said and begin to prepare yourself for the gift of ascension that is just around the corner.

In the night of 20-11-2011 (November 20, 2011), I had the most incredible & amazing & beautiful & powerful & Divine Dreams I had ever had!!! In the morning I opened my eyes and I was already smiling... because I felt sooooo happy... I was so blessed with most incredible dream ever this night... for the first time (did you notice how a lot of things are for the first time to me these days?!)... I met GOD!!! ...I found myself in a chrystalline grid, in a chrystal white Light, and suddenly I was absorbed into it, pulled into It with great power... I just knew it was God!!! And it happened to me twice, it pulled me into there TWICE!!! Then afterwards in the same night, I was blessed with another most incredible dream: I was preparing baths for all my beloved ones first and then or others, too... helping them purify... it was a purification process... I even put sth in the nice hot water to make a lot of bubbles for them... for them to have fun... so, we all had a lot of fun... no one knew exactly of what a great importance the baths were and they all had a lot of fun, they were like little innocent children ... wasn`t Life supposed to be fun?! One morning not so long ago, I woke up so happy, especially because of my dreams! Most loving dreams, showing me that only LOVE is real, all else is really merely an illusion! Wow, thank you, my Divine! I thanked God for sending me such loving message. The dream showed me that one of my ex partners (the one who hurt me most) was Pure Love! My interpretation of the dream: my hurt was just my feeling, my resentment, my anger, my pain, and my way of experiencing that man. Now that I have apparently cleansed all those ego feelings... all there stays are Miracles of Love!!! ...And like this dream was not a big enough confirmation for me, the Divine sent me another similar dream the next night... SHOWING ME THAT I AM PURE LOVE MYSELF!!! AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT, I WAS VISITED BY PURE LOVE ITSELF!!! Can you imagine my feelings???!!! I was bursting with Pure Joy when I woke up that morning!!! After so many years of not feeling anything, especially not feeling Love or being loved... of not being able to believe in me, to see my own worthiness & Beauty... and now being blessed by all these highest Divinely messages!!! To round up this blog dedicated to my dreaming part of Life, which is as vivid and real reality for me as it is my awake or daydreaming part, let me share with you one of the amazing experience I have just had recently... Someone very dear to me that the Divine sent me on my Path to help me, had a vision of me while helping me with some healing... He saw a woman pulling a thick rope in the opposite direction from me, trying to steal my power, my Energy, my abilities away... being so jealous of me!!! Well, guess what all is possible in this miraculous Divine Universe of ours... The very same evening I returned home from him, my dream that night confirmed me his vision right away! In my dream I found myself at the doctor`s and I had no idea why she ordered me to use the crutches! ...I was given the crutches, although I knew strongly that I did not need them!!! ...So when I got home, I refused to use them!!! I felt like a woman doctor would like me NOT to show my power, my strength, my abilities, my Light!!! She was someone very important and influential in society and she pretended that she wanted to help me. She was a great manipulator and on top of that being on a high position in society, she could do anything with others she pleased. But she could not persude me! I REFUSED TO USE CRUTCHES AND BE AN INVALID!!! Yes, I refuse to be taken away anything that is mine!!! I have finally become a butterfly coming out of a long dormant cocoon and who has found his ethereal wings... aren`t the wings supposed to be used for flying?! Yes, they are!

I`ve been given the greatest Christmas gifts this year! I`ve done so much decluttering this year and I`ve carefully prepared most Sacred Space for the Divine Miracles in my Heart. Even my rich & abundant dreams have been showing me this and confirming me my Truth & my Path. In my latest dreams an old schoolfriend from primary school came to me to tell her all about her... I had a feeling that she came to tease me or mock my gifts... I told her some pretty amazing things I saw... I was even surprised myself to be able to see so much! I was not even aware of my own clairvoyance (it was a big turning point for me)! At the end of my vision I saw her being a murderer as well (that she had killed someone). She did not expect me to see so much, and i felt she wanted to kill me for seeing that... BUT I WAS PEACEFUL. Yes, I could feel that I have absolutely nothing to fear for being gifted with these gifts... That they are there for me to use them freely, because I can never misuse them! All i need is to start using them! Lately, I feel this sureness in myself to be able to show myself now who I really am, even at home. And that no one can ever hurt me again, although I know they will try to mock my gifts. But I am innerly strong now. this is the main difference! We have come to remind you that you are one of the many who has made a pact with us. You made this pact while you were in the sixth dimension writing the hologram for your present incarnation. You agreed to download, ground and integrate your fifth and sixth dimensional Soul/SELF into your current third dimensional body and to allow your Soul to become Captain of your earth vessel. You further agreed to merge your higher vibrational SELF with Gaia to assist in the process of Planetary Ascension. We are calling you NOW to remind you that it is “Time” for you to fulfill your agreement. We are, and always have been, the gentle nudge and the loving “feel” that has always urged you forward in your journey of “return to SELF.” While you were in the sixth dimension, you knew that this reality would afford you a great opportunity for the expansion of your consciousness. On the other hand, you also knew that it would be a life in which it would be easy to get lost in the illusions of the third dimension. You knew that you might forget your pact, or doubt that you had ever made it. Hence, you asked us to contact you as soon as you could possibly hear, and believe in, our call; which we are now doing.

We are also reminding you that you promised to be a vehicle through which we, the Arcturians, could share our resonance with the physical plane. We wish for you to KNOW that we are within you, as we in “community” with your sixth dimensional Soul Essence. As you Awaken, we ask that you keep us in the forefront of your consciousness. Feel us down to your toes, out to your fingers, and up to the top of your head. Most important, feel us in your heart. In fact, feel us within your High Heart. Your High Heart, just above your human heart, is the holder and guardian for your Atma, your Threefold Flame of Life. We, as well as all other higher dimensional beings, enter through the portal of your opened Crown Chakra, but we enter your consciousness via your Atma. Your Atma holds your Three Fold Flame of Life, which protects your first eight cells. Your first eight cells are the DNA blueprint for your present incarnation, and where your transformation into Lightbody begins. RECOGNIZE our step as you walk through your life, and SHARE our Essence with all that you touch. We are you, and you are us. We are over, under, around and through you. With our Essence within yours, you are aware that Gaia is approaching Her “time of ascension.” You also know that we Arcturians are to be Her protectors during Her vulnerable time of re-birth. We have been chosen by the Galactic Federation to be Gaia’s “re-birthing coach,” as we are best suited to assist Gaia in fulfilling Her Divine Plan of becoming a “Planet of Love.” The Pleiades, Sirius, Andromeda and Antares are also very active in assisting Gaia and Her inhabitants. All of us are here now to remind you to remember that the key to your success is to download, ground, integrate and project the higher dimensional, “unconditional emotions”—Unconditional Love, Unconditional Acceptance, and Unconditional Forgiveness. It is through these unlimited emotions that you can return to Detached Compassion, which is the perspective of your Soul/SELF.
UNCONDITIONAL EMOTIONS
Unconditional emotions are free of all judgments or opinions. The giver of the unconditional emotions, loves, accepts and/or forgives without conditions or limitations. Since these emotions are free of judgment, they hold a neutral charge, in that they are beyond polarity. There is no good/bad, dark/light, love/fear, as these extremes are merged into the Oness of the higher worlds. Hence, there is no “bad” or “dark” or even “fear, for these extremes have merged into the center of the ONE. On the other hand, polarized emotions are a product of the third and fourth dimensional worlds, where the Laws of Separation and Limitation reign. In your 3D world, spectrums are “separated” into extremes and illusion hides what is “in between” the edges of the spectrum. For example, the spectrum of emotion is separated into “love” and “fear,” the spectrum of illumination is separated into “light” and “dark,” and the spectrum of behavior is separated into “good” and “bad.” Therefore, your consciousness is split between your “light side” and your “dark side,” and your reality is split into “you” and “me.” Since people are “good” or “bad,” you are “afraid” of a bad person and “love” a good person. Until you raise your consciousness into the higher frequencies, illusion hides the “in-between,” the place of Detached Compassion. This separation into “you” and “me” also limits your ability to feel unconditional emotions, as you have to discern between the enemies that you fear—and—friends that you love. This discernment is not that easy, as a “loved one” can also be your enemy. Furthermore, when love is conditional, you are only loved if you are “good enough.” On the other hand, in the higher worlds, you are all one. Therefore, there are no enemies, for if you hurt someone “else,” you also hurt yourself. In fact, if you cannot hold your consciousness to the resonance of Unconditional Love, you cannot maintain your conscious connection to that reality, and they only experience a polarized reality, such as the third/fourth dimension. Unfortunately, in the third and fourth dimension there are those who would hurt others, no matter what the cost to themselves. They do so because they live in fear and feel separated from love. When your consciousness has expanded to embrace the higher dimensions, you know that love and fear are merged into the spectrum of EMOTION; just as good and bad are merged into the spectrum of BEHAVIOR. This knowledge allows you to rise above your own fear, for you understand that the “harm” of the lower vibrations cannot touch you while you resonate to the higher vibrations. From your “higher” Self, you are able to see through your Eyes of Soul and clearly perceive the “in-between” that joins all life into ONE. From that perspective, you neither judge nor fear. Instead, you realize that that reality is not YOUR reality, and you allow the beings of the lower world to learn their lessons, just as you have already learned yours. As your Planetary Ascension progresses, you will be increasingly aware of those who are choosing to ascend and those who wish to remain in the third dimension. It is important that you remain above the conditional quality of judgment and maintain your position of Detached Compassion. In this manner, you can merely “observe” the process of choice and not allow your resonance to be lowered by engaging in the illusions and dramas of the 3D Game.
CALIBRATING YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS
We ask you now to Unconditionally Love your earth vessel, Unconditionally Accept it exactly the way it is, and Unconditionally Forgive it for any limitations it may have. If you cannot have unconditional emotions for your self, how can you have them for others? It is important that you appreciate that your earth vessel is the vehicle in which this fragment of your Soul/SELF, your present ego/self, is housed so that you can participate in the 3D Game. You chose to enter this time/space as you knew what a marvelous opportunity it would be to experience the processes of transformation into Lightbody and Planetary Ascension. Therefore, honor, your present physical body which has allowed you to walk the Earth, experience the “schoolroom Earth,” think your earthly thoughts and feel your earthly emotions. As you download your Soul, you will become conscious that it is YOU who creates your reality, YOU who choose your thoughts and YOU who choose your emotions. Your ego/self does not have this ability, for it is living from the core belief that it is a victim to the world in which it lives. On the other hand, your Soul/SELF realizes that you can calibrate your consciousness to rise above the victimizations of the third/fourth dimensional realities. When your downloaded Soul becomes Captain of your earth vessel, you will KNOW that your experiences, thoughts and emotions are actually a product of the brainwaves to which you have chosen to calibrate. For example: When you choose to calibrate your consciousness to Beta Brainwaves your primary experience is the third dimension and below. This reality appears to be “outside” of you, and you experience it through your Individual Consciousness. On the other hand, when you calibrate your consciousness to Alpha Waves, you perceive both the “outside” and “inside” worlds simultaneously. While in Alpha, you are able to experience Collective Consciousness, as you are using “whole brain consciousness.” In Theta Waves, you experience only your “inside” world but have a constant awareness of your physical vessel. With practice, you are able to connect to the Planetary Consciousness and KNOW the Heart of Gaia, as well as the messages of all Her inhabitants. Finally, when you choose to calibrate your consciousness to Delta Waves, you experience only your inside world and have very little conscious connection to your 3D earth vessel. You are then able to experience Galactic Consciousness and are primarily attached to your higher dimensional bodies as you travel the Universe in your Essence.
THE FREQUENCY OF EMOTION
The emotional experience of happiness and joy is the ability to calibrate your brainwaves to your highest possible frequency. Unhappiness, on the other hand, is a result of falling out of calibration with your higher brainwaves. You can have the same experience that made you “unhappy” while in a lower brainwave but maintain your calibration to the highest brainwaves and still feel “joy.” When your “physical consciousness” is calibrated to the Light of the fifth and sixth dimension, you naturally function with Theta Brainwaves and beyond. Furthermore, once your “physical body” has been recalibrated to integrate and project fifth and sixth dimensional Light, you can experience Theta Brainwaves while interacting with your external reality. In this manner, you can share your joy with others. Then, if you merge your calibrated higher consciousness with Gaia, the consciousness of Earth, you can serve as a step-down-transformer through which the fifth and sixth dimensional Light can be downloaded through your body into to Gaia’s body, Earth. As your resonance rises, you assist Gaia further by merging your higher vibration with Gaia to assist in raising the resonant frequency of Earth. In turn, as Gaia’s resonance rises, She further assists you by grounding your Higher Light to protect your earth vessel from overload. In this manner, you and Gaia are in partnership to expand the 3D Matrix. Your service is:
First, you expand your consciousness into the higher dimensions.
Then, you consciously perceive the higher dimensions.
Then, the 3D Matrix of your body expands to integrate these perceptions.
Then, you integrate your expanded 3D Matrix into Gaia’s 3D Matrix.
Then, Gaia’s 3D Matrix expands.
The original “3D Matrix” of separation and limitation is created and maintained by THOUGHTS of a polarized world,” then fleshed out by the collective EMOTIONS of separation and limitation, and subsequently activated by the collective INTENTION for “extreme individuality.” A “5D Matrix” is created and maintained by THOUGHTS of Unity and ONENESS, EMOTIONS of Unconditional Love, Unconditional Acceptance, and Unconditional Forgiveness, and the INTENTION of Planetary Ascension.
As you expand your 3D Matrix to encompass fifth dimensional thoughts, emotions and intentions, it will “stretch” it, much as you would stretch a rubber band. As you, in partnership with Gaia, expand your 3D Matrix into a 4D, then into 5D Matrix, you prepare for Planetary Ascension. In fact, you have already transformed much of your 3D world into the fourth dimension, which is why there are so many changes in your body, as well as in Gaia’s body.
EXPANDING CONSCIOUSNESS
Just as downloading new programs into your computer changes and expands the operations of your computer, the downloading of your Soul/SELF changes and expands the operation of your earth vessel. With your download you may need to add more “memory,” or you may need to get a more powerful “modem” for communication purposes. Your earth vessel must also alter itself in order to accommodate the higher operating frequencies and abilities of your higher dimensional SELF. When your consciousness expands beyond the confines of the third dimension, the vessel in which that consciousness resides must also expand. This process is much like the hermit crab who outgrows its shell and must search for a larger one. In Earth’s “past,” when humans achieved the state of consciousness that many of you are now experiencing, they would individually ascend. That is, the physical vehicle would “die,” because the vibratory rate of their consciousness was too high for that body to accommodate. Fortunately, Gaia, as well as a great many other humans, cetaceans, animals and plants, is also expanding Her consciousness. Even the mineral kingdom is raising its consciousness. Due to this vibrational shift of the planet, you all have the opportunity to “ascend” into the higher dimensions without “dying.”

DIMENSIONAL BODIES

•    The shift from the third to the fourth dimension is not too difficult, as you experience this change every night when you fall asleep and go into your “night body.”
•    However, the shift from the fourth dimension, which is still polarized, to the fifth dimension, which is beyond all polarity, demands a greater adaptation for your consciousness and a total transformation of your body into Lightbody.
•    Once you have entered the fifth dimensional realities, it is an easier transition into the vibrations beyond the fifth, as there are no longer the polarities of “separation” and “limitation.”
•    In sixth dimensional consciousness you have an intimate awareness of the body of your Divine Child, who can easily combine imagination with creation. It is in the sixth dimension that you, in conjunction with your Divine Child, can re-program any, or all, of your fifth through third dimensional holograms. From your sixth dimensional perspective, you KNOW that surrendering to the Flow of the ONE is what allows you to be a Conscious Creator of any “body” or reality that you wish to experience.
•    In the seventh dimension you rejoin your Oversoul and become the body of your Soul Family. In your Oversoul form, you serve as a transporter of higher frequencies to the lower dimensional realities, as you guide and direct ALL the bodies that ALL your Soul Family has chosen to wear.
•    The eighth dimension is the Archetypal Energy level. On this dimension, your body is no longer an individual form but is, instead, an archetype, a prototype of the original version, for all the “forms” of All the realities with which your entire Soul Family has decided to experiment in ALL the lower worlds.
•    In the ninth dimension there is no sense of individuality, and you live primarily as pure consciousness. However, if your greatly expanded group consciousness desires to have the experience of a physical form, nothing less than an entire planet can serve as your “body.”
•    In the tenth dimension your group consciousness has so expanded that only an entire Solar System can serve as a physical “body.”
•    By the eleventh dimension, your group consciousness has so expanded that only an entire Galaxy can serve as your “body”.
•    And by the twelfth dimension you have returned to Source and are in Unity Consciousness with the physical form of your Local Universe.
There are also non-physical, multidimensional beings, such as Devas, Elohim, Angels, and Archangels who exist primarily as pure consciousness and easily traverse the dimensions in service of others. These beings are able to create any form in any dimension and then return to pure consciousness with no effort. They may even choose to “wear” a human form if they feel that is the best manner in which to fulfill their service. However, they usually choose to channel their resonance through those who are already physical, much as we are asking you to do.
EXPANDING YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS
As you expand your consciousness to embrace your full SELF, the mystery of creating your fifth dimensional Lightbody is as simple as tying your shoes. Can you remember when you were a child and looked upon that task as awesome and too difficult to attempt on your own. Fortunately, you now remember that you aren’t “on our own” and you never were. You are, and always have been, with your SELF, your Planet, your Solar System, your Galaxy, and your Universe. All of these expanded forms of All That Is are an expression of YOUR Highest SELF. It was this “SELF” that chose to send a fragment of its total Essence through the 3D Matrix of forgetfulness to see if it could “do it on its own” as an “individual body.” You did this to experience the process of contracting your consciousness into an individual form and then expanding it consciousness back into a multidimensional group form. However, this “new” group form is not a “herd mentality” but is, instead, a group mentality in which the sense of individuality is not lost. Instead, “individuality” lives in “unity” with the Oness. Now you can awaken, each and every ONE of you, to the knowledge that you have completed your task, and you can release the illusion that an individual must be “separate” from others and “limited” to one reality in one dimension. In closing, we The Arcturians, welcome you to the Integration Door in which you shall be instructed in downloading and integrating your fifth and sixth dimensional SELF into your third and fourth dimensional ego/self. Hence, we refer newcomers to that location. Once you have completed your process of integration, remember to daily recalibrate. Just as a musician must tune the instrument before playing it, it is important that you tune your instrument, your earth vessel, before you begin your day. Would an artist begin a painting with a dirty brush?
COMMUNING WITH YOUR SOUL/SELF
Each morning find the highest frequency of your magnificent multidimensional SELF that you can embody for that day. Take a moment to commune and reintegrate your Soul/SELF into your physical “body.” In this manner, the higher dimensional channel of communication and guidance can remain open throughout your day. Keep your mental channel attuned to the fifth and sixth dimensional frequencies, as these frequencies cannot be clearly accessed until your consciousness has been calibrated to receive them. We recommend that you then ground these high frequencies in Gaia so that they can be accessed and used without harm to your physical vessel. Until you have completely merged with Gaia, do not attempt to open the messages that come in on these higher dimensional frequencies. Your earth vessel is accustomed to functioning at a very low vibration. Hence, you will have to retrofit it before you call upon it to make such a huge leap in resonance. At the completion of your grounding process you will be fully “Awake,” and your earth vessel will be updated with the necessary mechanisms to download, integrate and use transmission of higher dimensional Intelligent Light. We are very pleased at your/our great progress. We say “your/our progress” because we are ONE with you. Therefore, you are ONE with us. We are your Command Station; hence, we are invaluable to you. We surround you with our Light and support you in our Web of Life. It would be impossible for us to let you down. Know that your Mission shall be completed. You must expand your capacity for Love/Light so that it includes all Creation: Love of nature, Love of animals, Love for humanity, Love for your perceived enemies and, most important, Love of Self. For in Essence, all of Creation is a part of you and you are a facet of the Supreme Creator. The expansion of God-Consciousness results in an expansion of your auric field–your Light Radiance. Over time, more and more of you will develop a radiance so powerful and expansive that it will begin to have a positive effect on those around you – and eventually on the Earth and all humanity. Quite a large number of the more advanced Souls have already gained this ability. However, you must remember, you cannot convey that which you have not claimed as your own. Also, remember this: an important part of your mission on Earth is to intensify the Light of the lower dimensions. Expansion of Soul-consciousness results in an expansion of the auric field, both in intensity and scope of influence. An aspirant on the Path must focus on both outer and inner world training. You must strive to become a conscious observer of what is taking place around you. Training yourself to become fully engaged with focused awareness of the physical events in everyday life is vitally important, as well as learning to process the harmonious and the discordant frequency patterns to which you are subjected. You must then take the appropriate action. Practicing emotional and mental discipline is also very important as you seek to become a master of Self. You must not turn your back on the world and life’s experiences, but face them head-on. However, it is vital that you learn to view life from a higher vantage point. Endeavor to see the bigger picture and not get entangled in the small story dramas. Logic is a function of the physical mental body and your mind. Remember, the knowledge or theories you accept as your own truth must be experienced in order to gain the wisdom from the disclosed information. Inspiration is supplied by the Higher Self and your Sacred Mind. You must learn to pay attention to the impulses of your Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart or to the input of the prevailing facet of your Higher Self, for that is how you will gradually learn to communicate with the Beings of the higher realms and gain cosmic wisdom. In the beginning, there was communication with and amongst specialized, group spiritual guides and guardians; however, over time this gift or ability was lost. As humanity sank deeper into material consciousness, they became submerged in the sensations of the five senses, and they gradually stopped turning inward for the sense of connection with the higher realms of consciousness. The lower third and fourth dimensions are not bright and clear. There is a misty or foggy overlay. Those Souls existing in this environment do not realize this, for it is the state of awareness they are accustomed to. The reality of the lower third/fourth dimensions could be likened to existing within a murky labyrinth where you are forever seeking the path that will lead you back into the pure Light of awareness. This fog gradually begins to dissipate as you move into the mid-sub-levels of the fourth dimension, and your world becomes lighter and brighter as you traverse each higher sub-level. In order to receive the lessons of Light, you must lift your consciousness to attune to at least the fifth sub-level of the fourth dimension. In this Sub-Universal experience, there are seven sub-levels to each dimension, with the first sub-level being the lowest/densest and the seventh sub-level the highest and most refined. The masters and your guides are willing to meet you halfway; however, only on very rare occasions will they lower their frequencies into the density of extreme duality, for it is too uncomfortable for them. The ego is a facet of the physical self; it was designed to assist you in developing a sense of identity and individuality over time. An outward-focused mind is guided by the ego. The misdirected ego-self was instrumental in creating the illusional belief system of the material plane, a reality based on separation, fear, selfishness and scarcity. As you expand your mental horizons, you begin to break down the barriers of self-limiting perception. Mind-expansion includes activating dormant cells of the upper dimensional levels of the brain and tapping into the wisdom of your Sacred Mind. Blind obedience is not a requisite for en-Lighten-ment, for you are striving to become a Master of Self and to live your personal truths as they have been revealed to you and validated by your heart monitor. Humanity is in the midst of a Soul and cellular awakening. As you move into the vibrational patterns of the higher fourth and lower fifth dimensions, your cells, etheric body and auric field will begin an accelerated purification process. This process will facilitate and ultimately result in the downloading of the many facets of your Higher Self and the gradual reclamation of your Body of Light. Be mindful and aware every moment so that your focus becomes one-pointed and clear. You will gradually develop a sense of self-assurance and security, a knowing that all is well and that it will remain so.
The Soul is a refracted extension of your God Self or I AM Presence. The Soul uses the right brain consciousness of intuition, which is connected to the higher Sacred Mind and Spiritual Will. An inner-focused mind is guided by the Soul Self. Humanity is in the process of developing the subtle, refined senses which have become dulled from misuse. You must move past the basic, often distorted physical senses, while diligently endeavoring to develop the higher mental senses of intuition and Divine wisdom. It is of vital importance that you learn to control your emotional nature and to hold your thoughts steadily on the Light. Your God Self or I AM Presence is your original Core Intelligence, your first individualized identity within a Universal or Sub-Universal experience. Within this Sub-Universal experience, your I AM PRESENCE created your first twelve Soul fragments or Soul extensions. Since that time, your God Essence has refracted and separated innumerable times. You are now in the process of reclaiming all the multiple facets of your Divine Self within this Sub-Universe so that you may move forward to a greater, more dynamic and expansive version of your Divine Self. To assist you in accomplishing this, your Diamond Core God Cell and your personal Flower of Life Creator Wheel contain a full measure of the Twelve Rays of God-Consciousness for this Sub-Universal experience. They were designed so that you would always have access to your own FULL SPECTRUM DIVINITY for this Sub-Universal experience. Your task is to activate these Rays, to incorporate the God qualities and attributes they contain, and then to use these qualities and attributes for the greatest good. There is still much confusion as to what the Soul is, how it functions and where it resides. It is vital that you understand the intricate process of reconnecting with the many facets of your Higher Self. •    You carry within your Diamond Core God Cell a crystalline, Memory Seed Atom of full Self-realization from your point of origin. It contains a very brief overview of the highlights of every life you have ever lived, the major lessons you have learned and the talents you have perfected as you journeyed throughout this universe.
•    The Soul is an extension of your God Self or I AM Presence. The Soul is neither Spirit nor matter. It is a crystalline, Sacred Fire, Memory Seed Atom, a fragment of pure Light Essence that is programmed to record your journey throughout this Sub-Universal experience. It is the link between you and our Father/Mother God and, ultimately, to the Supreme Creator.
•    Your personal Soul Self, for this lifetime, resides within your Sacred Heart as a facet of your Diamond Core God Cell. Each higher frequency facet of your Soul has Its own Memory Seed Atoms. When a given facet takes up residency within your Soul Star as your OverSoul, it will gradually relay Its personal vibrational pattern memories to the Memory Seed Atom within your Diamond Core God Cell and also to your embodied Soul Self. First, it will activate the appropriate Memory Seed Crystals within your Sacred Mind. As your frequencies expand to accommodate them, the Memory Seed Crystals held in reserve within your Diamond Core God Cell will be activated. In this way, as you incorporate all of your Soul Fragments, you will eventually gain the ability to access all of the wisdom, talents, positive memories and experiences of your I AM Presence for this Sub-Universe. This process repeats itself over and over again as you traverse the multidimensional levels of God-Consciousness and incorporate more and more facets of your Divine Self.
•    You were programmed to forever seek the Sacred Heart of your Essence, your Diamond Core God Cell, and your Crystalline Seed Atom of Creator Essence.
At specially timed intervals there have always been small groups of special, unique Beings who incarnated into the different races and sub-races, and who brought forth fresh ideas, instilled new qualities and attributes. These advanced Beings interjected their wisdom, higher consciousness and special talents by example, and they also merged physically with select members of the human species in order to advance the DNA encodings of humanity. YOU ARE LIVING IN ONE OF THOSE SPECIAL TIMES. The fourth dimension could be called a “transitional reality,” for this is where you begin to let go of all the preconditioning of the past. The fourth-dimensional realm is more emotional in nature, and therefore, the heart and feeling nature are the major focus. The ancients called the fourth dimension the realm of Maya or illusion. The collective mass consciousness of humanity fills the lower three levels of the fourth dimension, and this is where most of humanity exists mentally until they gradually begin to turn inward and listen to the nudgings of their Soul-Self. The ego desire-body is the master manipulator of this realm, and it constantly urges one to seek more satisfaction and happiness via sensation and external means of gratification. You begin to tap into your Inner Power Potential as you move into the higher sub-levels of the fourth dimension. Matter becomes more fluid, and therefore, it becomes easier to manifest what you desire. That is why you must learn to be decisive and to focus your thoughts with clear intention. A disciplined mind links the chains of thought together in proper order. It is vitally important for you to understand that scattered thoughts are detrimental to your progress. Living in the present moment–in the NOW moment–is a critical component in attaining Self-Mastery. Mental effort is required in order to successfully traverse the path of illumination. Gradually, a good portion of your memory of past events will begin to fade as you move out of the realm of the instinctual brain / mind into the realm of the higher mind. Important traits of a Self-master are focused observational abilities and harmlessness in thought, word, and deed.    As an aspirant on the Path, greater and greater cosmic truths will be revealed to you. However, you should be aware that the lesser principles of ageless wisdom will constantly be expanded to incorporate the unique rules, laws and truths of the next level of existence in the never-ending cycle of ascension in consciousness. You must keep the channel of communication open between the Soul and the brain via the mind. This initiates the slow reactivation process of the Pineal Gland and the opening of the portal to the Sacred Mind, which is located at the back portion of the brain, close to the crown of the head. The Sacred Mind resonates to the highest fourth-dimensional sub-levels as well as all of the fifth- and the sixth-dimensional levels, with a small portion of seventh-dimensional frequencies/data, which are reserved for future use when you gain the ability to traverse the highest levels possible for humanity in this Sub-Universal experience. However, you must gradually increase your own vibrational patterns in order to tap into this storehouse of cosmic wisdom. The Sacred Mind and the Sacred Heart are not made of material world matter; they consist of gossamer, ethereal Light substance that cannot be detected via scientific means. However, they are more real than any part of your physical body. For once you reestablish the connection between your Sacred Mind, your Sacred Heart and your Diamond Core God Cell, there will be a constant flow of Adamantine Particles, as well as pertinent, advanced information coming from within your Memory Seed Atoms and also from your OverSoul/Higher Self. That is why it is so critical that you reconnect the Triad of God Consciousness: the Sacred Mind, the Sacred Heart and all the facets of your Diamond Core God Cell. As you move into the vibrational patterns of the fifth dimension, your cells, etheric body and auric field will begin an accelerated purification process. Tranquility begins in the lowest level of the fifth dimension and strengthens exponentially. Gaining godly power and wisdom requires that you move beyond the massive belief patterns of the collective consciousness of humanity into attunement with your cosmic consciousness via the many facets of your Higher Self. Emotional stability and mental effort are required in order to successfully traverse the path of illumination. There is a law of EQUILIBRIUM that applies to the fifth dimension and above. Briefly, the sixth dimension is the dimension of immortality and a greatly expanded Soul consciousness as you reconnect with the highest levels of your Soul potential within this Sub-universe. The seventh dimension is the final evolutionary boundary for humanity within this Sub-universal experience. The first sub-level (the lowest in frequency) of the eighth dimension is the INFINITY GATEWAY, which you will be able to tap into as you gain the ability to integrate more and more of the higher frequencies. A trickle-down effect is initiated as you gain the ability to access each higher frequency level, whereby minuscule amounts of more refined God Light begin to flow into your personal column of Light, thus adding Light to your auric field and the vibrancy of your Soul Song.

MY ANGELIC PREDICTION FOR A VERY POWER-FUL YEAR 2012

All those years watching from a window... all those years outside looking in... never really knowing just how blind we have been. Now we are here blinking in a Star Light... now we are here and suddenly we see. Standing here it is all so clear: we are where we are meant to be. And at last we see the Light, and it is like the fog has lifted... and it is like the Sky is real & warm & bright. And the Worl has somehow shifted. Now at once, everything looks different... now that we see US! All those years chasing down the daydreams... all those years living in a blur. All that time never truly seeing things the way they were. Now we are here, bathing in a Star light and suddenly we know: if we are here, it is crystal clear: WE ARE WHERE WE ARE MEANT TO GO... Let us go together in the best year ever, in MAGICALLY BRIGHT LIGHT 2012! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Many old Souls continue to sit on the fence, clinging desperately to their conventional lives, trying to remain small and invisible while their guides and angels push them forward to fulfill their Soul contracts for this incarnation. Some have fallen off the fence and like Humpty Dumpty cannot be put back together again, while others reluctantly jump off the fence and take a step forward to face the unknown. Some of the fence sitters who wanted some assistance in previous years, are very powerful advanced Souls. All of us are struggling with our powerful egos, driven by unresolved core karmic issues from significant lifetimes, in which we caused harm by misusing our Divine Power (as I wrote a year ago in MY ANGELIC PREDICTION FOR 2011... that our karma was going to leak & cleanse!). Unwilling to move forward now for fear of misusing their Power again, many wounded Souls have suppressed our Power, resulting in chronic ill health and (self-)destructive behavior patterns. Those who have been willing to do our homework releasing our deep core issues, surrendering our self-centered egos, and trusting ourselves enough to offer our gifts and abilities in loving service without fear of causing harm, are experiencing breakthroughs. It is so important to remember that it is not all about ourselves. We are a part of the bigger picture, the grand Divine Plan, and each of us has an essential role to play in that plan, not as ego-centered humans, but as Heart-oriented Angels.
We are constantly asking ourselves: `What do I need to do???` Well, we do not `need` to do anything, because everything is happening automatically. Life is happening automatically, in its own natural course. In fact, everything is speeding up gradually... But there is something that we need to do... Remember the wheel of karma and being trapped in its cycle of life after a life? In order to get out of there, we need to get rid of our karma completely, because our cluttering baggage pulls us back & back again. Remember my angelic prediction for 2011 that I made a year ago? Remember the picture that I enclosed to it, and what it said? It said: YOUR KARMA IS LEAKING. And I wrote that the year 2011 was going to be a year full of cleansing of our karma... And it was!
I have asked for my Divine guidance with the messages for 2012... All that has come to me is THE LIGHT... whether through my visions, through my dreams, through my feelings... THE YEAR 2012 IS GOING TO BE VERY VERY POWER-FUL! AND IT IS GOING TO BE THE YEAR OF LIGHT... any kind of Light... the Light in all forms... even in the form of the FIRE! After all, the Chinese year of Dragon is just around the corner! A lot of glittering, a lot of sparkling, a lot of fireworks... As fire consumes & transforms the energy which we do not need any more into another kind of trasformative Energy which we can use again. It is an energetic re-cycling. In the time that is knocking at the doors of our Hearts, our bodies will get lighter & Lighter, so there will be no place for any karma! We need to LET GO & FORGIVE!!! If we do not forgive those who `have hurt us` or those who we are angry with... we are going to come back here in another lifetime(s) and do it all over again with the same others! Think about this! It does not matter if we had a bad childhood, if we had abusive parents or abusive partners or abusive others around us. What matters is what we have learnt from our situations! It does no good to us to hold onto all that garbage... Release it and let it go! It does not matter if we had some bad partnerships... Release it and let it go! By holding onto anything or anyone, we only hurt ourselves! When we really go deeply inside, we realize that the only person in the whole universe whom we need to forgive is our precious SELF... for NOT being able to forgive ourselves for not forgiving! Wow, what a deep realization! A lot of people have been asking: `How can I forgive???` It is too hard to go to someone`s face and say to them: `I forgive you.` It is even harder to go in front of the mirror and say to ourselves: `I forgive you.` It is much easier to do it mentally & emotionally. And those who we may still be angry with, have already died... Remember that before we came into this lifetime, we had chosen a perfect scenario, and we had made our perfect plan & a contract with all souls we were going to come in contact with throughout this lifetime?! But when we were born, we forgot all about our Divine Plan & our Divine contract.
Visualize in your mind the person you need to forgive, and say to them: `WE REALLY TRIED, BUT IT DID NOT WORK... NOW LET US TEAR UP OUR CONTRACT.` Then see yourself tearing up the contract and throwing it away. Then mentally say to the person: `I FORGIVE YOU & I RELEASE YOU & I LET YOU GO! GO YOUR OWN WAY WITH LOVE, AND I GO MY OWN WAY WITH LOVE. WE DO NOT HAVE TO BE CONNECTED ANY MORE AT ALL.` When you do this, it is over. Just one more important detail: every word you say, you need to feel it, too!!! If you do not feel it, they are just empty words without energy. And if there is no energy behind them, it means there is no effect! FEEL EVERYTHING!!! After that, there is a big difference, even if the person is still present in your life and around you... But if you have released them, they CANNOT affect you any more! If you let go of them, if you release them, the contract does NOT work any more. They get tired of upsetting you or playing with you. They get bored. You see, what an interesting playground this Earth is! It is merely one big playroom full of grumpy children. But it is equally important to forgive YOURSELF!!! You have to believe in releasing & forgiving others, and equally you have to believe in forgiving yourself!
The second most important thing besides releasing your karma is TO LET GO OF FEAR! Fear is the strongest emotion humans can experience. So, let go of it and release it, because it can hold you to the Earth (way down!). Fear is not real, it is an illusion. It is for `entertainment` purposes only. The only thing that is real, is LOVE! All else is merely an illusion. There is NO GOOD NOR BAD! All is Life`s lessons... what we have learnt from. Everything is just the Energy... and it is what you do with the Energy. Some choose to use Energy in a negative way. But there is NO negative Energy!!! God is Pure Love Who did not create anything negative. It is us humans who create the negative in order to experience from it. If we do not like the way our Life is going, we can re-write our scenario any time... It should be this easy. We are the creators of our own Life, and no one else is in charge of our own Life than we ourselves! We can change things if we do not like the way they are going. This is how power-ful we are! To be power-ful means to see our Light shining in the greatest possible way! One of the greatest lessons we get to learn when we come to this Earth school is how to `manipulate` Energy, because everything is Energy. And what does it mean to manipulate the Energy? It means that we have to learn to CREATE what we wish in our Life... out of our HEARTS, not out of our minds!!! We are not victims! It is very easy once we know how to do it. WE HAVE TO BELIEVE AND TRUST IN OURSELVES & OUR ABILITY TO CREATE! We have to know what it is we wish. Once we know what we wish, WE CAN SET IT INTO MOTION. Make it become alive in your Heart whatever you wish. We have a great innate Power in us that we do not even realize! We are much much more power-ful than we could ever imagine & comprehend we are!!!
What can I say to you, my Angels? Except that I have been alone for all my life. That I have lost all my so called friends, only to realize that I have never had any real ones. That I used to be a slave to all around me all my life... never taken care of me, only of others, never ever been responsible for myself, only for others... Shall I go on? I think you have a pretty good picture about me now. And yet, I feel deep down in my Heart that this is exactly the life I had chosen before I was born here into this lifetime, and that this is exactly the right place as I am now. I AM RIGHT WHERE I AM MEANT TO BE! What exactly should I be doing? I do not know yet. A few days ago, in my dream I was told for the first time in my life that MY MISSION is soon to be revealed! You see, in earthly terms everything has been taken away from me... everything! But I was not born to have an average life, like majority of others do have, who are unhappy with it anyway. I was born to do things THAT MATTER! All those years looking from a window out there... always being and feeling alone... in the family of 6 children and both parents! Never having anything really beautiful so far... and still I LOVE LIVING! And I love crying... it helps me go through the days, and it helps me feel the deepest & the purest & the warmest & the softest & the most loving feelings ever. You know what is funny: that now I know that there is nothing wrong nor right... but EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! Not so long ago, I was floating in my dream for a very long time. I think this was the first time I could actually control how long I could float or fly. Before, I used to fly for a very short period... like learning how to... but now I was in a total control of it. And this is another amazing gift! Thank you, my Divine! Yes..we control with our intention, and the dreams are our school. In 2012, I wish you all to dream a lot, and to dream clearly & with intention, and to create your best dreams possible! Is is OK to tell someone that you Love them?

My father died when he was 74 years old and I wasfortunate to be holding his hand when he took his last breath.

During my lifetime I don't ever remember him telling methat he loved me. It was something that I always wanted to hear, but never did.The closest I came was when he took his last breath, and the look in his eyesas he looked at me, was a look of Love.

I became the father to three biological children beforemy 30th birthday. I became the father to four adopted children after my 50thbirthday. Today these children's ages range from 48 to 15.

After my father's death I learned a great deal abouthis childhood. It was not pleasant. It appears as though he was raised withoutLove.

I now realize that one of the reasons that he may havenot told me that he loved me was because he didn't know how. After learningabout his childhood, I loved him more than ever.

From the day I first became a father I made sure that Ialways told my children that I loved them. I wanted them to have what I neverhad. I did this to such an extreme, there were times when I am sure they becametired of me telling them. But that was OK from my point of view, because atleast they knew.

During my employment career I worked closely with anumber of people. There were times when I felt very close to some of them. Iwanted to tell them that I loved them, but how could I do that without themtaking it the wrong way. It was one thing to tell a man you loved them and itwas something else to tell a woman. In both instances the risk was great thateach would take it the wrong way, and thus have a negative effect on therelationship.

I had a male friend that I had hired right out ofcollege and we had worked together for almost 20 years. One day I threw cautionto the wind and told him that I loved him. He was taken back by my comment, butaccepted it, and the relationship was fine. On a Friday morning, about a yearlater he asked if he could take the afternoon off. He said he had a lot ofleaves to rake. I said yes. In the late afternoon my phone rang and it was hiswife. She told me that he had died while raking leaves. He was 42 years old.

Six weeks later a women I was close to went home forthe weekend and later I received a call from her husband telling me she haddied. She was 38 years old.

I was shaken by both deaths. In the case of Ed, I wasso grateful that I told him that I loved him. In the case of Liz, I was so sadthat I had not told her that I loved her.

Today there are people in my life that I really careabout and find myself holding back from telling them how I feel.

In the case of the friend being a woman, I am afraidshe would think I "am making a move on her". In the case of the man,I'm just not sure most men would react well to such an admission.

There have been many times when I have been sorry weall have physical bodies, which have physical and sexual characteristics, whichseem to get in the way. If we were all in spirit form this would never be anissue.

All of this leads me up to each of you reading thesewords.

One of the things I really like about Face Book is thatin general each of you are faceless or non-physical. What I mean by that isthat unless you post pictures of yourself, I don't know what you look like. Bynot knowing what you look like, I form judgements and opinions about you basedon what you say and what I feel coming from you. When you see what someonelooks like it is so easy to start to form opinions, prior to them ever sayinganything.

This has been a learning experience for me. I havefound that it doesn't matter what someone looks like, as it is what is insidethat counts. I need to take this life lesson and apply it to my everyday lifeand all the people that I come in contact with. After all, what we do looklike, is an "accident of birth".

When I communicate with each of you I find myselfconcluding my message with words like, Love, or Blessings and Love. Some of youseem comfortable with receiving my words, while some of you do not.

I wonder why some of you are not comfortable. Is it themale/female thing I mentioned earlier?

With some of you I read your words and at times theyfeel like they are just words. With others I read their words and they seem tocome from their heart and/ or are filled with Love.

Those of you who write from the heart or with Love I ambecoming very attached to each of you. There is no question that my Love for eachof you is growing.

I decided that I am not going to wait until you arecomfortable hearing my words. If I do, I may never say them to you. I am goingto say what I feel and hope that you don't take it the wrong way.

So with this blog I put you all on notice.

If thoughts and actions can become my reality then I amgoing to work very hard at unconditionally loving everyone. I am convinced thatby working hard at projecting Love to everyone that I will increase my energyfrequency level and cast a brighter light.

I feel if this happens my reward will be the expandingawareness and enlightenment, which I strongly desire.

As much as I love each of you, I will love you morewith each passing day.

YULE = the Winter Solstice = MEANGEIMHRIDH = ALBAN ARTHUAN = MODRANICHT = MOTHER NIGHT. It lasts from December20-25. The Sun is at 1 degree of Capricorn. May this Yule bring Light. Yule isthe Midwinter Solstice, when the Sun again appears to stand still as it did atmidsummer, but the season is poised for the return of the Light. The word Yuleis of Scandinavian origin, and the Yule log is the domestic counterpart of thecommunal Yule bonfire. Normally made of Oak (sometimes Ash), the log wasoriginally dedicated to the Teutonic Thor, the God of courage & fire. Itwas His job to dispel the cold & dark of the harsh northern winters andbring then warmth of the Sun back to people. The Yule log therefore was burntin sympathetic magic, hoping to inspire the God to share His blessings andbring back the Sun. Traditionally people would decorate a log with ribbons,ivy, and evergreens, and bless it with holy water, ale, or wine (=the blood ofthe Mother Earth) to bring manifestation. The log was lit with a piece of lastyear`s log to close the cycle of one Yule to the next. Never allowed to burncompletely, pieces were saved as a charm against misfortune over the comingmonths. The Winter Solstice or Christmas Tree is an evergreen which symbolizesthe enduring Life in Nature. The Egyptians were a part of a long line ofcultures that treasured and worshiped evergreens. When the Winter Solsticearrived, they brought green date palm leaves into their homes to symbolizeLife`s triumph over death. The Romans celebrated the Winter Solstice with afeast called SATURNALIA in honour of Saturnus, the God of agriculture. Theygave coins for prosperity, pastries for happiness, and lamps to light one`sjourney through Life. Centuries ago in Great Britain, woods priestd called theDruids used evergreens during mysterious Winter Solstice rituals. The druidsused holly and mistletoe as symbols of Eternal Life, and place evergreenbranches over the doors to keep away evil spirits. The celebration of his birthday later became known as Saturnalia.Another popular mythos celebrated is the battle of the Oak & Holly Kings,whereby the Oak king wins. Kissing under the mistletoe also has pagan origins.The Druids believed that the mistletoe fell from Heaven and grew onto a treethat sprang from the Earth. BECOMING A LIGHT UPON THE PATH

Beloved masters, it is vitally important for you to understand that theseare unprecedented times whereby many special dispensations are in force. It isa grand opportunity for you, the seekers of the Light, to tap into your Divineheritage and your special gifts and talents. At rare intervals, and during thetransitional period from one great Age to another, Cosmic Law allows the Beingsof the angelic realm and the spiritual hierarchy to pass through the veil andmake contact with select, awakened members of the human race. You must expressa willingness and a desire to interact with these wondrous, advanced Beings,for they will not infringe upon your free will. When you focus your attentionon a particular master, angel or Being of Light, they are immediately aware ofyou and will respond. The more intense, sincere and constant your desire, themore of their radiance they will bestow upon you. Your guardian angels, spiritualguides and teachers will make every effort to assist you to receive the higherfrequencies of wisdom which are critical for these chaotic times oftransformation. These benevolent Beings endeavor to gain your attention byintensifying the Light within your Solar Power Center and eventually withinyour Sacred Heart. You have waited centuries for an invitation to consciouslycommunicate with the ascended masters and the angelic realms, and they havepatiently awaited this time as well. Communing with the Beings of Light is agreat evolutionary step for you, as human Beings, for it quickly facilitates anew conscious awareness and a powerful transformation within you. Many of you are becoming aware of yourDivine origins; however, you have only a slight inkling of your vast potentialas a bearer of Cosmic Light. It is vitally important that you become attuned tothe ever-increasing frequencies of Creator Light, for it will accelerate theascension process and assist you in attaining the status of a Self-master sothat you may fulfill your pledge to be a Light upon the Path and a Wayshower. Remember,you can only access vibrational levels with which you and your EnergeticSignature are compatible. That is why it is so important to have gone through aclearing & cleansing process in order to achieve a more balanced andharmonious State of Being within your mental and emotional bodies.
Long, long ago, you, who would later come forth as the Star SeedWayshowers for the ascension of humanity and the Earth, agreed to take on aspecial role on the planet Earth sometime in the far distant future. This groupof brave Souls would incarnate into every race, color, culture and creed, andthey would be spread far and wide upon the planet in preparation for apreordained cosmic drama: the mass ascension of humanity and the Earth, alongwith all material manifestations within this Sub-Universe. Those of you who stepped to the fore weregiven a special dispensation, whereby much of your minor imbalances would becleared so that your earthly burden would not be too overwhelming. All thatremained would be the major lessons that you needed to resolve so that youcould return to a balanced and harmonious level of vibrational frequencies,thereby lifting your Energetic Signature = your Soul Song to the mid-fourthdimension and higher. A vast multitude of you, the Star Seed, are well on yourway to Self-mastery; however, too many of this Wayshower group are still atslumber or in denial. Each of you has a major role to play in theaccelerated evolutionary process that is now in progress. The genetic encodingsof this group carry the best qualities of all the former root races, along withspecial memory cell encodings for the new Golden Root Race of the future. It istrue that over time there have been great imbalances amongst this group ofSouls, and many have not listened to the nudgings of their Spirit Self and haveforgotten their earthly mission. However, deep within your Sacred Heart core,each of you were encoded with a Light Consciousness Cell that, when activated,would help you remember your promise to be our earthly representatives, andthat your mission would be to strive with all your Beingness to becomeproficient cocreators of beauty, peace, harmony and abundance on the Earthlyplane.
We wish to give you some basicinformation, so you will be able to put what we are sharing with you in properperspective. It is important that you not see yourselves as people of only onelineage, for all of you have experienced lifetimes in all the major root races.It is important that you do not place yourselves above those on the pathbehind you, for you have also been non-seekers and followers in many, manylifetimes. You have had black skin as well as the brown, white, red and yellowskin of the other root races, and you also have within your DNA all thedistinct attributes, virtues and qualities of each of these races. In thislifetime, you chose to be born into a particular family or to live in aspecific country for a very explicit reason. Those of you we fondly call “OldSouls” are scattered throughout the world. True, there are greater numbersof these old Souls in some locations and cultures; however, this Vanguard groupis scattered around the Earth from the most primitive rural areas to the mostcosmopolitan and highly cultured cities. These brave Souls are not thepeople who run the government or make the headlines. They live on farms, forthey love nature and the animals they care for. They have mundane jobs in everyfield of endeavor and quietly go about fulfilling their duties. They havepositions of great responsibility and they serve their country and its peoplein a great variety of ways. They live in mansions and in hovels, and inevery social level from the lowest to the highest. They are members oforganized religious groups, and they worship in their own unique way. Manyare attuned to the whisperings of their Higher Selves and have become mastersof Self. Many others are well on their spiritual path, but unfortunately,there is a great multitude of these Star Seed Wayshowers who are stillunconscious of their Divine nature and the promise they made so long ago. Thoseof you who are in this group have encoded within your DNA the major virtues,abilities and qualities of the Atlantean race, that ofleaders/pioneers/warriors. There is as a deep-seated desire to use yourmental abilities along with the Divine Will and Power of our Father God inorder to be major cocreators on the physical plane of reality. It is with great angelic Love that I stepforward today to greet you accompanied by Lord Buddha, I am Archangel Metatron.In our previous communication together Lord Buddha spoke of the importance ofthe word 2012, encouraging you to use it as an activation for your being andgrowth. Lord Buddha also spoke about holding and understanding in your mindwhat you desire for the year 2012. The energies anchoring into the Earth andmore importantly into your being are of quick vibration and so there is muchpower to fuel your thoughts and the ideas you wish to manifest. I encourage youto use this time to manifest your dreams and desire but to ensure that theseare aligned with and blessed by your soul otherwise you may only cause greaterconfusion in your reality. Striving to achieve something that isn't the will ofyour soul and the Creator will only hider your spiritual development at thistime. 2012 and the years beyond arealigned to returning to your original energies and source, which meansreturning to the energy of the Creator. This alignment is so strong that manypeople believe or feel that numerous Ascended Masters even Jesus will return tothe Earth during this period of humanities growth. Their feelings are anacknowledgement that the veils between the Earth and the inner planes arebecoming thinner and so our beloved Ascended Masters, the angels and our guideswill feel as if they are closer . It is not so much for the Ascended Masters tomanifest but for your senses of their presence to increase. You may also feel agreater closeness and connection with the Creator. Your sensitivity to energywill increase and so you will feel as if you are uniting with aspects of yourbeing and soul, as everything becomes entwined and united together as one.Itis because of the presence of the original energy and a greater connection withall that is the Creator that your manifestations will be fuelled tremendously.At this time it is essential to look within your being, while calling a quickervibration of the Creator and your original source to pour into your being. Asthe energy surrounds you, pouring into your being you can place your attentionwithin your being and ask for the same. For the energy vibration of the Creatorwithin you to quicken and for your original source energy within to emerge andradiate from your soul. You may call upon your angels, guides and ascendedmasters to draw close and to support this process offering any guidance orwisdom that is needed. Experiencing the energies you can ask your soul and youroriginal source energy what it wishes to create and manifest at this time. Withthe energies flowing it is a wonderful opportunity to ask or to affirm what youdesire or need within your reality to encourage a smooth, appropriate and easypath way forward.

Your original source energy is thevibration that you existed as before you separated from the Creator's soul tofollow your path of learning and understanding. It is also the energy that youvibrated at after the separation from the Creator when you first moved forwardas your Monad or soul group. This energy is extremely pure it is a vibrationbefore physical incarnations and so doesn't hold any karma or pain, just pureenergies of love. By connecting with this vibration of your being you arereconnecting with a wealth of love with the ability to bring forward thisabundance of love into your current reality and current existence on the Earth.It is a wonderful and powerful process to acknowledge that every time you areconnecting with or thinking about your original source energy you are bringinga greater volume of love into your being and reality. As more and more peopleachieve this a wealth of pure love will be anchored into your Earth through theintentions of many. It is essentially to channel the vibration into the Earthto support the development and transitions of Mother Earth as well as humanity.I wish to encourage you to focus upon activating and radiating your originalsource energy of love throughout each and every day. If you connect with thisvibration during meditation you can become familiar with its energy andtherefore when you call it forward throughout the day you will feel at ease andcomforted by the energy, understanding its colours etc. This process in itself will create many transitions within your beingas much that is false or unneeded will fall away due to the presence of youroriginal source energy. Even connecting with your original source energy maybring back memories of separation when you missed your greater unity with theCreator. This can be healed and overcome as it may be continuing to play out inyour reality. A deeper connection with the Creator will also be experienced asif a new magnetic pull is binding you on a more intense level with the energiesof the Creator.

Love is extremely important at this time,there is a need to observe your own energies and thoughts to ensure that allare aligned with love. Revaluate your radiance of love and magnify it at thistime. Let yourself be pure love, experience pure love, think with and as purelove and express pure love. Can you allow yourself to exist as a greater beaconand example of Creator love on the Earth? It is in this period of growth thatthere is a needed to focus upon love as not only will it be a healing andcleansing process for you but you will be able to heighten your energyvibrations and wash the Earth with love. This will create a foundation of lovefor the era of love to manifest in 2012. As you think and exist as love so youwill be placing the intention of love into 2012 and the coming years, you willalso be holding yourself and loved ones as well as Mother Earth and humanity inlove. We cannot ask for anything more at this time. The Love that we are speaking of isn't a romantic Love, nor is it asoul connection love, it is the love of the Creator, it is the way and theenergy expressed as the Creator loves you. It is for you to collect the lovethat the Creator shares and bestows upon you and to radiate this same love fromyour own being. You already have the love of the Creator within your soul andbeing, there is just a need to connect with this vibration and ask it to flowforward. During meditation or quiet time you can ask toconnect with and experience the love of the Creator for you. Let yourself soakup this love, then simply ask to share and radiate this love from your being.You can remind yourself to achieve this throughout your day. It is also awonderful process to practice sharing this energy with your loved ones, withhumanity and the Earth noticing how different this loving energy is to yournormal expression of love. This process is most beautifulbecause it allows you to acknowledge and realise that you are loved completelyand absolutely, with the ability of sharing this with others. As other soulsachieve the same you will also be surrounded in the love that the Creator hasfor humanity, a strong and unconditional love. This is a beautiful way ofbeginning the Era of Love and it is a practice that can be brought forward as anatural habit into 2012 and beyond. We are all Blessed to be here and toexperience this Endless Journey through Life! In Dante`s 14th century epic poemThe Divine Comedy, Beatrice is Dante`s Guide through Paradise. The characterwas based on Dante`s Beloved Muse in real life, a Florentine girl namedBeatrice. They met only twice in life, but apparently it was the Love writtenin Heaven! Dante and Beatrice first met in Florence when he was nearly nineyears old (in the 13th century) and she was just turned eight. She was dressedin soft crimson and wore a girdle about her waist. Dante fell in love with herat first sight and thought of her as angelic with divine and noble qualities.He frequented places where he could catch a glimpse of her, but she never spoketo him until nine years later. Then one afternoon he saw her dressed in white,walking down a street in Florence. Accompanied by two older women, Beatriceturned and greeted him. Her greeting filled him with such joy that he retreatedto his room to think about her. Falling asleep, he had a dream that became thesubject of the first sonnet in his La Vita Nuova, one of the world'sgreatest romantic poems. These chapters from La Vita Nuova are quotedbelow:

When exactly nine years hadpassed since this gracious being appeared to me, as I have described, ithappened that on the last day of this intervening period this marvel appearedbefore me again, dressed in purest white, walking between two other women ofdistinguished bearing, both older than herself. Whenever and wherever sheappeared, in the hope of receiving her miraculous salutation I felt I had notan enemy in the world. Indeed, I glowed with a flame of charity which moved meto forgive all who had ever injured me; and if at that moment someone had askedme a question, about anything, my only reply would have been: ‘Love’, with acountenance clothed with humility. When she was on the point of bestowing hergreeting, a spirit of love, destroying all the other spirits of the senses,drove away the frail spirits of vision and said: ‘Go and pay homage to yourlady’; and Love himself remained in their place. Anyone wanting to behold Lovecould have done so then by watching the quivering of my eyes. And when thismost gracious being actually bestowed the saving power of her salutation, I donot say that Love as an intermediary could dim for me such unendurable blissbut, almost by excess of sweetness, his influence was such that my body, whichwas then utterly given over to his governance, often moved like a heavy,inanimate object. After this sonnet there appearedto me a marvellous vision in which I saw things which made me decide to writeno more of this blessed one until I could do so more worthily. And to this endI apply myself as much as I can, as she indeed knows. Thus, if it shall pleaseHim by whom all things live that my life continue for a few years, I hope tocompose concerning her what has never been written in rhyme of any woman. Andthen may it please Him who is the Lord of courtesy that my soul may go to seethe glory of my lady, that is of the blessed Beatrice, who now in glory beholdsthe face of Him who is blessed forever.

Dante completed La Vita Nuovawhen he was 29 years old. Yet he felt that his love sonnets still did not dojustice to honor the beauty and blessedness of his dear Beatrice. So he vowedto write a poem to honor his beloved that has never been written of any woman.Dante fulfilled this promise just before his death, when he finished LaCommedia, the greatest Love poem about the soul's ascent fromInferno to Purgatory to Paradise. What is insightful about this journey isthat the poet Virgil took Dante only up to the heights of Mount Purgatory. Fromthat point onward, only Beatrice could guide Dante to Paradise. Here Dantewould learn about universal gravitation as he flies through the heavenlyspheres, sharing with us his celestial vision, and concluding Paradisowith “ by Love that moves the sun, the moon, and the other stars.” Goetheechoed Dante's vision with “Eternal Feminine, leads us above” when he concludedhis epic drama Faust just before his death. Lao Tzu also advises us “tocling to the feminine” in the Tao Te Ching (6th century B.C.). Perhapsthe male principle (yang or animus) as represented by Virgil or logic couldtake our intellect only so far, and we need to harness the feminineprinciple (yin or anima) as represented by Beatrice or intuition to penetratethe realm beyond space-time, so we could experience the transcendence andblessedness of Paradise.

Saint Nicholas (Greek: "holy" Nicolaos = "victory of thepeople"), (270–6 December 343), also called Nikolaos of Myra, was a historic 4th-century saint and Greek Bishop of Myra (in modern-day Turkey). Because ofthe many miraclesattributed to his intercession, he is also known as Nikolaos the Wonderworker. He had a reputation for secretgift-giving, such as putting coins in the shoes of those who left them out forhim, and thus became the model for Santa Claus,whose modern name comes from the Dutch, itself from the transliterationof "Saint Nikolaos". His reputation evolved among the faithful, aswas common for early Christian saints. In 1087, his relics were translated to Bari, in southeasternItaly; for this reason, he is also known as Nikolaos of Bari. His feastday is 6 December.The historical Saint Nicholas is remembered and revered among Catholic and OrthodoxChristians. Saint Nicholas is the patron saintof sailors,merchants, archers,thieves, children, and students in many countries. Nicholas was born a Greek in Asia Minorduring the third century in the Greek cityof Patarawhich was a port on the Mediterranean Sea, and was located in Myra, in a Greekprovince of Asia Minor(part of modern-day Turkey),at a time when the region was Greek in its heritage, culture and outlook andwas part of the Roman province of Asia. Hewas the only son of wealthy Christian parents. He was very religious from anearly age and according to legend, Nicholas was said to have rigorouslyobserved the canonical fasts. His wealthy parents died in an epidemic whileNicholas was still young and he was raised by his uncle—also named Nicholas—whowas the bishop. He tonsuredthe young Nicholas as a reader, and later as a priest. His relics havebeen taken all over the world for centuries, and can still be obtained from hischurch in Bari, in Italy. There is also a Venetian legend that most of therelics were actually taken to Venice(where a great church to St. Nicholas, the patron of sailors, was built), onlyan arm being left at Bari. It is said that in Myra the relics of SaintNicholas each year exuded a clear watery liquid which smells like rose water,called manna (ormyrrh),which is believed by the faithful to possess miraculouspowers. After the relics were brought to Bari, they continued to doso, much to the joy of the new owners. Even up to the present day, a flask ofmanna is extracted from the tomb of Saint Nicholas every year on 6 December(the Saint's feast day)by the clergy of the basilica. The myrrhis collected from a sarcophagus which is located in the basilica vault andcould obtained in the shop nearby.
Another legend tells how a terrible famine struck the island and amalicious butcher lured three little children into his house, where heslaughtered and butchered them, placing their remains in a barrel to cure,planning to sell them off as ham. Saint Nicholas, visiting the region to carefor the hungry, not only saw through the butcher's horrific crime but alsoresurrected the three boys from the barrel by his prayers. Another version ofthis story, possibly formed around the eleventh century, claims that thebutcher's victims were instead three clerks who wished to stay the night. Theman murdered them, and was advised by his wife to dispose of them by turningthem into meat pies. The Saint saw through this and brought the men back tolife. There is another famous story... In his most famous exploit, a poor manhad three daughters but could not afford a proper dowry for them. This meantthat they would remain unmarried and probably, in absence of any other possibleemployment would have to become prostitutes.Hearing of the poor man's plight, Nicholas decided to help him but being toomodest to help the man in public (or to save the man the humiliation ofaccepting charity), he went to his house under the cover of night and threwthree purses(one for each daughter) filled with gold coins through the window opening intothe man's house. One version has him throwing one purse for three consecutivenights. Another has him throw the purses over a period of three years, eachtime the night before one of the daughters comes of age. Invariably, the thirdtime the father lies in wait, trying to discover the identity of theirbenefactor. In one version the father confronts the saint, only to have SaintNicholas say it is not him he should thank, but God alone. In another version,Nicholas learns of the poor man's plan and drops the third bag down the chimneyinstead; a variant holds that the daughter had washed her stockings thatevening and hung them over the embers to dry, and that the bag of gold fellinto the stocking. There is also a very famous story ofthe miracle of wheat multiplication... During a great famine that theBishop of Myra experienced, a ship was is in the port at anchor, which wasloaded with wheat for the Emperor in Byzantium. He invited the sailors tounload a part of the wheat to help in time of need. The sailors at firstdisliked the request, because the wheat had to be weighed accurately anddelivered to the Emperor. In Central Europe, inhighly Catholic regions, the local priest was informed by the parents abouttheir children's behaviour and would then personally visit the homes in thetraditional Christian garment and threaten to beat them with a rod. The Krampus, Nikolaus's helpers,roamed the streets during the festival. They wore masks and dragged chainsbehind them. These Krampus runs still exist.

The most important thing for us isto have more acceptance of ourselves as well as of others in each given moment.Here are 10 PHASES OF HOW TO CLEANSE YOURSELF (that my wonderful teacher fromher School of Awareness, Ksenija Bezenšek from S-love-nia has taught me):
1. I SEE: The beginning of cleansing the feeling of unworthiness is tobanish our blindness, so we can SEE which value (a value is something that wedesperately want or try to achieve in life!) we do not reach (e.g. i want tohave a lot of money, but i do not have it – so money is my value).
2. I ADMIT: I admit to myself that I do not reach the value. I do nottry to look for excuses why I am the way I am.
3. I ALLOW: I allow myself the feeling of unworthiness – this is themost demanding or the most difficult phase in the process of cleansing theguilt, resentment, or judgment!
4. I FEEL: The feeling of unworhiness (guilt, resentment, judgement) ispainful. Our task is to endure, so that this feeling fully vibrate in us. Weembrace it!

5. PURIFYING: The process of cleansing is spontaneous from here on. Itneeds not our will or control. We focus on the purifying process, so the cleansing isfaster, because it is under control of our Higher Self (=the Heavenly World).
6. FORGIVENESS (= GIVING NOTICE): When the pain runs through us, thereis an automatic giving of notice of guilt. With the help of our Higher Selfthere comes the state of forgiveness (=the state without the pain ofunworthiness; there is no more hatred, and hatred is the feeling that causespain!).
7. HEALING: As a consequence, the healing of all our bodies begins whichare carefully under control of our Higher Self (who knows exactly what to do!).
8. LOVE: The healing energy is like a balsam on the walls of our emptybowl = our cleansed Soul, and now the moment can come when from our Higher Self(from the Heavenly World) the energy of Love, which could hardly wait for theempty space in our Soul, can start flowing! It can be felt in all our bodies.
9. ACCEPTING: The feeling of accepting ourselves and others. There is nomore resistance nor contempt of ourselves or of those who awoke our painfulfeeling(s). On the contrary, together with acceptance there comes the feelingof GRATITUDE for the person who helped us come to greater Love in us.
10. MIRACLES: A miracle is the change inward as well as outward thatcannot be predicted in any way! Although a miracle is merely the natural stateof our Being, our Truth, or our Essence! `I AM WORTHY JUST BECAUSE I EXIST!`MIRACLES = the last stage in the process of cleansing our UNWORTHINESS OF LOVE.The last stage in the process of cleansing our GUILT (guilt is the hatredtowards ourselves and consequently towards all others). That does not meanyou have NOTHING to cleanse anymore. After all, you are human. And when youcleanse everything, you will cross over from this Earth dimension into whereverwe go to after... But MIRACLES mean that you will cleanse everything so so fast= that you have the Heavenly assistance so close and so strong all the time!YOU ARE TRULY THE BLESSED ONE! Actually, there is not much you have to do onyour own (you know, doing the first 4 phases). Now once you got them, acceptthem. do not wait... for anything that might happen one day... Open your armsand catch those that are falling into your embrace. Try not to compareanything... a miracle to a miracle. Because what it was, it was. Those miraclesoncer were and they do not reappear. First, you have to open your eyes torecognize them. As they may have already showed their faces to you, but you didnot recognize their beauty. Please intend the highestgood and outcome as you join together in sending your love forth to add greaterLight and Love quotient to the mass consciousness force field that surroundsyour Planet, for at this time, LOVE is the power that will set all free and youall have a great abundance of this power within your beautiful hearts.
Know that each of you will still be experiencingpersonal release of any remaining qualities and habit patterns that do notalign with the higher Light that you are and that there might be deepercleansing that takes place after this day. A traversable wormholes would allowtravel from one part of the universe to another part of that same universe veryquickly or would allow travel from one universe to another. Forthis reason, the type of traversable wormhole they proposed is held open by aspherical shell of exotic matter. Not solong ago I woke up so happy, especially because of my dreams! Most amazingdreams, most loving dreams I have been having lately, showing me that only LOVEis real, all else is really merely an illusion! Wow, thank you GOD! I thankedGod for sending me such loving message. The dreams showed me that one of myexes (the one who hurt me most) was Pure Love! My interpretation of the dreams:my hurt was only my feeling, my resentment, my anger, my pain, and my way ofexperiencing him. Now that i have apparently cleansed all those ego feelings...all there stays are Miracles of Love!!! I have just read a very interestingdistinction between different kinds of Love: `Sex is not always Love. You maybe very intense in your sexuality, but once your sexual drive is fulfilled, theintensity is gone. Meanwhile, Love may not look so intense but it is sincere,so that intensity continues. Being truly in Love has a timeless quality, so itis always intense. Therefore, if you are insincere, you cannot be alwaysintense. Only for a fleeting moment can you be intense; i.e. when the desirearises, you are intense. It is not true intensity. It is just enforced by thedesire. Love creatively refines sexual energy, so when Love reaches perfection,absence of sex automatically follows. A life of Love while abstaining fromphysical pleasures... Anyone who wishes to be free from sex must fully develophis capacity to Love. Freedom from sex cannot be achieved through suppression.Liberation from sex is only possible through Love.` And a very dear Angel, whois my perfect spiritual mirror, confirmed my exact feelings on this subjectmatter: `I totally agree with this... sex is sex and Love is Love...some peoplehave sex and some people make Love… making Love could be just lying next toeach other in each other’s arms.` ...And these words left me with long silenttears of purest Joy... What exactly do I feel is going on with me lately? I could go in toquite a bit of detail that I have picked up from my emotions, feelings, visions,and especially dreams. But in short for now, I believe I am getting Spirituallystronger by the second, and having like minded beings reflecting back to mewhat they feel from my words really helps me go even deeper in to my Soulsearching for more Love and Light to share with the Universe. To me, my Lovefor Life is stronger than ever since I had a heart attack four months ago! Iradiate Unconditional Love and Friendship without even knowing it most of thetime. I just say and do what feels the most natural to Our Inner Beings andSouls, without thinking about what I am going to say. I can feel the Divinespeaking to me, especially through my incredible dreams. As far as what isgoing on with me, this Universe neds many more like-hearted angels to helpshift all of us in to Our Pure Blissfulness to make this Planet as full of Loveand Help for each other as it once was, and will be again. I believe that isincreasing faster every day, with all of us that are sharing Our Love as farand wide as we can. But what I do know for sure is that I thank the Divine forbringing me so many exceptionally beautiful Angels into my life, starting withmy HHA (Hector the Healing Angel)! THE CITIES OF LIGHT

Beloved masters, wewill acknowledge that these are strange and disconcerting times for all of you,no matter what level of Self-awareness you have attained. The teachings andtruths you have accepted as your own during this lifetime are gradually beingreplaced by higher, more advanced teachings and many new, mind-bogglingconcepts. In order to attain self-mastery you must develop your superconsciousabilities and the more refined powers of the mind. This entails a mental andemotional house cleaning, which means you must seek out and transmute all theold thought forms that are keeping you tethered to the illusional reality ofthe chaotic lower dimensions.
A SPIRITUAL HUMANBEING gradually becomes aware of and begins to refine the subconscious mind,which leads to a reconnection with the Soul Self and Superconscious mind. Thisis your link to the vibrational patterns and the expanded wisdom of the higherfrequency spiritual realms via the many facets of your Higher Self. Mostlikely, at this stage you will begin to get flashes of inspiration via theintuition, which is accelerated through meditation and a turning inward. Thepower of the mind is thereby enhanced, and the spiritual aspirant begins toview the world and current events from a higher vantage point whichincorporates a larger, more expanded picture of reality. The chakra centersgradually return to balance and harmony and they begin the process ofintegrating the higher wisdom of the Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart, thusfunctioning in harmony one with another under the direction of the Soul andOverSoul-Higher Self. A PHYSICAL HUMAN BEING, functioning within the distortedfrequency patterns of the lower third / fourth dimensions, uses thesubconscious and the conscious mind along with a past incarnations memoryoverlay. He / she is mostly outward-focused and is strongly influenced byfamily conditioning, along with cultural traditions and religion. Thoughtpatterns are often distorted and usually self-focused, thereby only seeing thesmall picture. There are still many young Souls in the underdeveloped countrieswho are functioning in their ANIMAL HUMAN NATURE and are primarily focused onthe three lower chakras. At this level, the chakra centers are mostlyunconscious mind centers. These dear Souls are primarily influenced by thesubconscious and limited-consciousness minds. They are guided by past life andrace memories, and an instinctive, survival mode reality. Most have a very narrowfocus on self and family survival. These are the precious Souls who will betaken to other pristine planets where the third- and fourth-dimensionalspectrum of polarity / duality will be in proper balance. You, the Star Seed, the wayshowers on the Path, are the ones who aremaking this possible, for you agreed to incarnate into the densest levels ofmateriality in order to help lift the conscious awareness of all humanity backinto the illumined regions of Light and Self-mastery. The time has arrived when more and moreof you will be tapping into and integrating select vibrational patterns of thefifth dimension and even a limited amount of sixth-dimensional frequencies. Byconnecting with and visiting the etheric Celestial City of Light in your area,gradually the appropriate frequencies of Light will filter into your ethericreplica residing in your personal Pyramid of Light. This rarified energy willslowly move down your personal column of Light into your Soul Star, the eighthchakra. Your Over Soul-Higher Self will determine how much and how quickly youcan safely integrate this gift of Creator Light. “Dearest friends,the vision I am to share with you happened shortly after the first of the year2010. In meditation, I saw a group of shining Beings in white robes standing ina half-circle around a gigantic double-terminated crystal. The crystal wasradiating a beautiful spectrum of colours, and there were also complexgeometric patterns of Light flashing throughout and from the Crystal. Therewere others present, but the Beings I recognized were AA Michael, Jeshua, DjwalKhul, El Morya and St. Germain. I was told that specialized, individualinformation from the masters, archangels and great Beings of Light wouldcontinue as before. However, in addition, there will be unified messages / wisdomteachings from many great Beings, Avatars and Masters of the past and thefuture. The wisdom teachings of old are being merged with the wisdomteachings of the future, and they are being presented as Teachings of theCosmic Council of Light. This new information is being encoded within the greatcrystal (they likened it to a giant cosmic computer), and it will be availableto those whose frequencies are compatible with the specifically graduatedfrequencies of the Great Crystal. The more refined frequencies you embody, themore refined levels of information you will be able to access from the greatCosmic Crystal. I was told that any information Ireceive would still come through AA Michael’s vibrational patterns since I amattuned to his energy. He will still relay his monthly messages to me; however,for the books I write, and the seminars I hold, I will also receive teachings /information from some of the members of the Cosmic Council. TRAVERSING 7 SUB-LEVELS OF THE 6TH DIMENSION:
Almost every night, through meditation and my stated intention, I go into mypersonal pyramid and join with my Etheric Replica on the crystal table. I amoften taken into the Celestial City of Light in our area or to other places oflearning. AA Michael first told us about the Cities of Light which contain thesixth through twelfth dimensions in December of 2004. These Celestial citiesare huge and beyond our imagining. Some of them OverLight whole countries. He gave us a miraculousvalidation via a picture of the portal opening over the Grimes Point, Nevadasacred site during the Ascension Column activation we performed there at hisrequest. Since that time, hundreds of thousands of people have created anascension column in their home locale, and many of these people regularly visitthe Celestial City of Light that OverLights their country. I am sharing my own personalimpressions and experiences, so that you may develop an idea or picture of whatto expect when you gain entrance into the various sub-levels of thesixth-dimensional region within the City of Light in your area. I am sure thatall the Cities of Light are configured the same as the one I visit, whichoverLights the Northwestern portion of the United States. Even though thedetails are quite complex, I will make them as simple as possible, and I willgive you only a very brief overview. Remember, there are 7 sub-levels withineach of the 12 Dimensions of our Sub-Universe. The 13 th Dimension = Level iswhere our Father & Mother God resides, with the Creator Core in theinnermost Circle.
THE 6th DIMENSIONWITHIN THE CITY OF LIGHT:

· 1st SUB-LEVEL: The outermost wall of the passageway is filledwith alcove chambers containing the Ascension Accelerator crystal chairs. Wespend time in these special chairs with radiant Rays of Light beaming down uponand through us to help speed up the process of cleansing, refining andpurifying our negative energy patterns. Eventually, when it is appropriate, youwill move into the alcove chambers on the inner wall of the passageway as youprogress along the Halls of Passage.

· 2nd SUB-LEVEL: When you have progressed to a certain level, adoorway will open in the back wall of the alcove chamber, and you will beguided into a small pyramid-shaped room. Here, you will leave an EthericReplica of yourself on a crystal table as you traverse the multiple levels ofthe sixth dimension. While you remain at this level, you will lie on thecrystal table so that the appropriate sixth-dimensional vibrations can flowthrough your physical vessel, purifying and cleansing it, in preparation forthe future integration of the increasingly, higher frequency patterns.

· 3rd SUB-LEVEL: This is the level of higher learning wherein youwill begin to receive new, vital information which you must integrate and putto use in your physical existence. I am sometimes guided to lie ona crystal table, and at other times I am placed in a crystal chair at a table.I can sense that there are Beings of Light within the room, but I cannot seethem clearly and they do not identify themselves.

· 4th SUB-LEVEL: This level is filled with exquisite Lightfrequency patterns which flow in every direction in dramatic shapes, colors andpatterns. Over time, you will gradually begin to feel the difference in eachcolor and pattern, and you will gain the ability to tell the difference in thehundreds of subtle shades of color. You will also gradually gain theunderstanding that the colors contain encodings of thought; however, I am sureit will take quite a long time to learn how to decipher them. I am justbeginning to get a few impressions and it is sometimes quite frustrating.

· 5th SUB-LEVEL: This sub-level is filled with sound–gloriousCelestial music, tones, chanting and unique musical patterns. You will gain an understandingas to how vital sound is and the important part your own voice has inperfecting or infecting the physical vessel. It is interesting that I beganexperiencing this level when I was having the most difficulty with my throat.Since the surgery, and as the healing process was completed, I began to have anintense desire to tone the vowel sounds, which I have done regularly since thattime. Also, I have chanted the five sacred names of the five sacred languagesfor a long time; however, suddenly, I began to sing them, and it feels sopowerful and wonderful. I have also been given other instructions pertaining tousing our voices as tools of transformation which I hope to share in the future.

· 6th SUB-LEVEL: This is the level of Sacred Geometry. I have not spent very much timein this level; however, I am aware that it is filled with Sacred GeometricPatterns of Light, along with sound and colour. It is a true sensory world ofdelightful stimulus for the mind, body and Soul. I will give you an updatelater on as I learn more about it. I know I will be spending a lot of time atthis level before I am allowed to proceed to the 7th level of the sixthdimension. Please be aware, that we bring back only a minuscule amount of thefrequency patterns from the sixth dimension. We are still focused on andintensely active within the fifth-dimensional environment and it will be a verylong time before we are ready to feel or integrate the full force and power ofany of the sub-dimensional levels above the first half of the fifth dimension. Alsoremember, every time you visit any of the fifth-dimensional pyramids we havecreated, you bring back a little more of the vibrational patterns, qualitiesand abilities of that level. If you are willing, I strongly suggest thatyou set your intention to go into your Personal Pyramid of Light before you goto sleep, and then ask to be taken into the City of Light in your area so thatyou may take advantage of the incredible gifts that are being offered to usall. However, be aware that over time your life will change dramatically as aresult, and your ascension process will speed up dramatically. The power of Oneis manifest in a new dimension of consciousness
on Earth. Cosmicfrequencies are opening subdimensional
fields of vibration that are powerfully affectingour understanding
of relativity. Consciousness has accelerated,shifting the
nature of mass and matter. Each particle of form isnow engaged
in adapting and applying the law of One to quantumvibration,
resonance, and harmonics through dimensional andsubdimensional
fields. The accelerated continuum deepens your relationship
to cosmic forces, which now affect your mind. Youcan now
respond to a new dimension of sound—the harmonic ofthe
Omni One—that alters your conscious receptivitythrough
the interpretive centers of the human mind. Simplyput, those
individuals who have opened to a state of attunementto the
harmony of peace and cosmic principles nowexperience an
expanded reality.
Reality Shifts Envelop Planet Earth
Reality on planet Earth was formerly dictatedthrough certain
constraints that created closed thought forms andself-limiting
principles of mind and reality. Vast areas of thepopulace were
locked in delusions designed to maintain the statusquo. Once an
ideology became a controlling doctrine forcollective group, only
a few exceptional humans could go beyond thedictated social
norms and behavior patterns.
Cosmic mind is unencumbered. It can easily connectto
the vibrations that form reality on subtle planes ofconsciousness
in the expanded dimensions. Humanity was previously
limited by energy relationships that formedconsciousness.
The perception of relativity is transmitted throughharmonics
of sound and light principles. There is now a newdimension
of sound and thus a new avenue for the consciousnessof light
to infuse the perceptual centers of humanconsciousness. This
means humanity has a window open to the higherrealms.
The essential vibration of divine consciousness isactualized
through the principle of Omni Oneness.
Divine vibration affects the continuum of humanconsciousness
on every level, altering and accelerating human
capacity for sovereignty and compassion. Now thereis an
exchange of high velocity particles that are chargedwith
energy from the mind and heart consciousness of theOne.
This vibration is rapidly evolving into a prevailingfrequency
in human consciousness.
A minority of individuals have been opening touniversal
oneness. A rather isolated socioecological group,these individuals—
the awakeners—have vibratory patterns that readily
connect to the ecosystem of the Earth. As thecontinuum of
frequencies widens, more people come to understandthe true
nature of the law of relativity. The reality ofhuman existence
is altered. Initially this will be observed throughsubtle patterns
of compassionate relationship and awareness of theconsequences
of behavior. People will become more aware of how
they affect others.
Consciousness is conveyed to family, community, and
workplace through electromagnetic discharges fromthe brain
that form thoughts and become communicationpatterns.
The communication patterns of societies arepredetermined
by the constraints of existing dominant behaviorpatterns.
The majority of humans have been unable to focusbeyond
competition, lack, fear, and anxiety patterns, thuscreating
unstable social structures. When this happens,perceptions
become delusional and dysfunctional behaviorpatterns
appear to be normal.
The planet has reached a critical point of imbalance
between unstable social structures and the creativeprinciples
of universal law. This imbalance limits thepotential
energy exchange in all relativity patterns. Thelimited patterns
of synergism create excessive velocity in certaindestructive
energy forms. The imbalance causes apathy, despair,and
hopelessness in millions of humans. People losefaith and feel
that they are not empowered to make a difference.The result
is a lack of interest in or focus on cocreativebehaviors that
sustain compassion and love. One result is thebreakdown of
functional relationship to self, community, andenvironment.
This social breakdown is the major factor thatdeteriorates the
holographic Earth and results in Earth changes andthe collapse
of social order.
A New Harmonic Emerges.
The earth has absorbed and utilized harmonics comingfrom
the universal One. A critical mass of awakenedhumans have
activated a new sound harmonic that affects realityon every
level. This harmonic is powerfully charged withloving, creative
energy. A multitude of individuals have toned usingthe
new frequencies at power points on the grid duringpowerful
cosmic alignments. These individuals responded tothe power
of the Universal One that guided them to activatethe holographic
heart of the earth. Deteriorating patterns have been
transformed because of the new sound harmonic calledthe
“harmony of one.”
A cosmic wheel has turned to align dimensions and
reveal a new capacity for relationship betweenhumans and
infinite Oneness. This phenomenon has altered thenatural
order of life on earth. Humans now have theopportunity as
never before to have a personal relationship withthe God
Source. The Creator was once a distant force thathumans
could only experience at times of spiritualrevelation. Then
they would slip back into a state of disconnectionwhere they
participated in an imbalanced collective delusion.This relationship
pattern has changed. The fifth element is activated,
and the nature of reality on Earth is changed.Humankind is
being invited to go beyond the limited view of afixed reality
into a state of divine grace.
The field of relativity has altered now to optimizethe
expanded nature of consciousness. The new relativitypattern
creates energy exchanges in balance with the universallaw
of love. Humans may participate in authentic,nondelusional
vibrations. The old illusion of suffering is nolonger a dominant
force of relativity. Thought forms that supportwholeness
are now empowered by universal forces. This shiftwill
ultimately result in the springing forth of newcommunities of
peace among the populace.
The change will happen not through the developmentof
new doctrines but through the infusion of existingdoctrines
with the power of One and harmonic oneness. Thechange
happens because of the expanded capacity for thepower of
love to be exchanged, received, and felt by humans.
The Increasing Power of Love.
What does this mean? It is simple. Love is morepowerful.
Kindness will be felt on every level. This statementhas implications
that go beyond your initial perception or ability to
conceive. Love is more powerful. Thus one lovingaction
expands the potential of the harmonic relationshipthroughout
our ecosystem and culture of interpersonalrelationships,
changing society at the core.
Peaceful communities depend not only on energeticrelationships
between individuals and their capacity to coexist in
a respectful, gentle way but also on therelationship between
the individual and the environment. Energy isconstantly
being exchanged between humanity and their habitat.The
energetics of the earth have shifted, causingchanges in the
energy humans exchange with the environment. Thisnew
energy feeds the core consciousness that supportsloving communities,
thereby shifting the nature of existence.
The God Particle.
The God particle has been activated in a collectivegroup of
conscious humans who ultimately change the nature ofreality
on Earth. This activation occurred through receptorsof
consciousness in energy centers around the planet—centers
of telepathic energy established within theascension workers
and soul groups of the ascension plane. Where thereis a network
of telepathic capacity, you are able to transmitenergy
and frequencies over long distances. These patternsallow
vibrations to be sent instantly to vast numbers ofhumans who
have prepared themselves by acts of faith andattunement to
divine consciousness. The field of relativityexpands the God
particle before the field of interpretive thoughttransmissions
is even translated into thought form. This is thenature of the
vibration of consciousness. This is the quantumtechnology
of the Ark of the Covenant.
When any group or individual connects to the GodSource,
the power of the energy has a quantum effect onhuman consciousness—
an effect that previously was not possible on Earth.
Loving, peaceful thoughts and feelings are magnifiedin the collective
and received on the planet through telepathic linksthat
act as agents of change. The ultimate result is anincrease in the
effectiveness of peaceful loving thoughts.
The increased love vibration is felt in relationshippatterns
all over the planet. You have witnessed howmeditation
raises the frequencies of the planet. Sufficientnumbers
of individuals now respond to galactic time and areno longer
limited to artificial time systems. They intuitivelyengage in
thought forms that reflect higher principles. Theydon’t need
a clock to tell them to focus in at noon on acertain day. That
is helpful at times but not necessary. Now acollective quantum
surge of energy affects consciousness on every levelwith
love. Kindness and compassion fuel the change. Loveis the
vehicle for consciousness, the essential andpertinent vibration
that will carry this consciousness to the world. Lower
thought forms will not carry this consciousness.They simply
absorb it. Love is transmitted by individuals whohave
already raised their consciousnesses to a level ofcompassionate
beings. It is important to understand that thediscordant
thought forms from lower dimensional fields do notcontaminate
this process. Thus the energy is transmitted througha
pure field of love harmonics.
The purpose of this transmission is to aidindividuals who
engage in the love vibration to enhance theprocess—you
think about it and your thoughts are transmittedbefore words
can be formed. Love is the basis of a new ideologydeveloping
as the seventh cosmic wave is reaching its apex.Everything
related to the cosmic Christ is accelerated andaccentuated
in the practical state of human existence. Goodnessand its
power are exemplified. The power of what is calledevil is no
longer dominant.
It is recommended that you process this transmission
